Vacation rentals with beach access in Villeneuve-Loubet

Un grand merci à Rudy d’avoir été là pour nous du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour, l’appartement est magnifiquement bien agencé puisqu’il se situe en bord de mer, les commerces et restaurants sont à seulement quelques pas! L’appartement en lui même dispose de tous les confort nécessaire avec une magnifique terrasse qui donne vue sur la mer, l’appartement dispose également de la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Une très belle cuisine équipée avec presque tout le nécessaire. Nous recommandons Rudy et son appartement et nous reviendrons pour sur pour nos prochaines vacances! Merci.

Un petit coin de paradis idéalement situé à 2 min à pied du port et 5 min à pied de la plage. Résidence sécurisée, propre et calme. Il est vivement recommandé de prendre la place de parking privée car les places sont rares aux alentours. L’appartement quant à lui est très bien. Literie de qualité, terrasse avec une magnifique vue et une table d’extérieur et gros + pour la clim. L’équipement général est propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un super séjour je vous recommande vivement cet appartement 😊

Marion's place was clean, well-fitted with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and located very close to the beach. We were very impressed with the welcome snacks (tea, coffee, crisps, etc) offered and were able to watch the UEFA finals on the TV with ease. Kitchen, although tiny, was fully equipped with all the cutlery and utensils. Supermarket was also a minute away. Hands down one of the best stays we have had! Thank you Marion! Will definitely visit again in the future. :)

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

Elayne est une personne formidable d’une gentillesse hors du commun. Son appartement est magnifique et tellement bien situé géographiquement. Optez pour l’extra du stationnement intérieur vous ne regretterez pas .

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Highly recommend this AirBnb.

We had a lovely weeks stay, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for where to eat and visit. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with everything you could need. Will definitely be returning in the future!!

This was one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. The apartment is huge, so clean, perfect location and the views from balcony breathtaking. The host was great from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nice. Thank you

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war super um zu entspannen aber auch um Unternehmungen zu machen. Dafür haben die Gastgeber viele gute Tipps. Die Wohnung war richtig schön einfach zum wohlfühlen. Danke!

Un excellent séjour dans le logement de Joyce et Giuseppe très bien situé dans une belle petite résidence au calme. Dans ce logement rien ne manque. Les échanges ont été fluides et sympathiques. Une belle adresse pour une balade sur la côte d Azur.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer. Appartement gut ausgestattet mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, schöner Dusche etc. Kleiner Negativpunkt: Schlafsofa nicht sonderlich bequem, zu wenig Toil.Papier.

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Bedroom very relaxing and peaceful, comfortable superking bed, ceiling to floor window, stunning views. Shower room, fabulous. Key box for property access and parking. We really enjoyed our stay. Good location- 5 minutes from the beach and 5 min to a grocery store (and 2 min to a bread store!), and 10 min to the train station. Lots of natural light, and spacious. We enjoyed eating outside every night on the terrace. Quiet at night, and loved the free parking spot. Host was very responsive and gave us local recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!
