Located in a cul-de-sac with private parking, we are in the center of the village (all shops nearby) and 3 km from the beach. On the shores of the Mediterranean, Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone is in the heart of a protected natural area, between Montpellier, Palavas-les-Flots and Sète. A very beautiful environment with its wild beach, medieval cathedral and pink flamingos.

Guest house adjoining our house, fully at your disposal, you will use a code to come and go as you please. You can enjoy the garden, a bike ride to the beach or the pool (shared with the owners) and its deckchairs. The temperature of the pool is guaranteed to a minimum of 25 degrees between June 1 and September 1. However, outside of this period, access is still possible.
