We had a wonderful time staying here. The town itself it beautiful-very walkable, lots of space and friendly restaurant staff. Catherine was so kind and flexible-our trip was delayed but she was able to work around our new timeline, and it made us feel much less stressed. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, this is it!

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Paris. Die Lage ist ideal um etwas außerhalb des Zentrums zu nächtigen. Das Zentrum ist mit Bahn und Metro in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe befindet sich alles was man benötigt! Parken, Einkaufen oder Essen schöne Vorstadtgegend. Das Appartement selbst ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ideal! Toll geschnitten, gut gepflegt und sauber. Für uns war es perfekt! Raphael hat uns freundlich und prompt empfangen, präzise Anweisungen gegeben, so wünschen wir das! Vielen Dank an Raphael!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Gregory und Aline! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, ruhig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass den Gastgebern das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben uns die liebevollen Details in der Wohnung sowie die ruhige Lage. Auch die Check-in- und Check-out-Anweisungen waren klar und einfach umzusetzen. Bon séjour dans un petit appartement fonctionnel et agréable. Parfait pour passer quelques jours tout près de Paris. L’hôte est réactif et l’organisation irréprochable, donc je recommande malgré un léger bémol : pour ceux qui recherchent impérativement le silence, il n’y pas d’isolation phonique entre les appartements, donc quelques désagréments, surtout pendant le Week-end.

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft. Etwa 10-15 min von der Metrostation Hoche entfernt. Ganz netter Empfang mit persönlicher Nachricht in Form eines Schreibens. Besonders nett und aufmerksam fand ich, dass der Kühlschrank mit Lebensmitteln für das Frühstück gefüllt war, von denen man sich bedienen durfte. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

We hadden het erg naar onze zin bij Caroline. Het appartement ligt aan de achterkant van het huis met een eigen terrasje. Het is heel mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort. De accommodatie heeft parkeerplaats en ligt op loopafstand van de trein waarmee je gemakkelijk tot in het centrum van Parijs komt. Rondom de accommodatie heb je ook keuze uit enkele restaurants, bakker, kleine winkel, … Enige mobiliteit is vereist mits het een heuvelachtige wijk is. Je kan in de buurt ook leuk wandelen in de prachtige parken. Wij raden deze plek aan om te logeren.

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Frédéric est un est hôte très gentil, souriant, poli, courtois, flexible et compréhensif. Il nous à indiqué les commerces les plus proches pour faire nos courses. Logement est conforme à 100% aux photos, c'est très propre, bien rangé et surtout bien décoré. Tout le descriptif mentionné est bien présent dans le logement. Petit plus le jardin qui est bien entretenu, des arbres fleuris, table de ping pong, barbecue, chaise et table de jardin, avec les chaleurs que nous avons eu nous avons beaucoup apprécié se rafraichir dans ce beau jardin. Je voyage souvent pour mon travail, Frédéric est de loin l'hôte le plus sympathique que j'ai eu, le plus beau logement que j'ai connu, je recommande vraiment cet hôte avec cette maison (qui est dans un quartier tranquille)

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Manelle he is a very kind host I really enjoyed my holiday the maisonette is very clean and peaceful the area is beautiful and I have done lots of things there the casino and the lack are beautiful can’t wait to come back again thank you Manelle for your kindness we hope to see you very soon again.

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Malgré la présence du RER à proximité, le logement est calme et j’ai très bien dormi. Tout était propre, bien aménagé et confortable. Un vrai petit cocon parfait pour se reposer. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
