Great stay in Paris. The host was really responsive and friendly. The stay itself was perfect! Really clean, comfortable and amazing location.

We spent 4 days in Paris. The location is ideal to spend the night a bit outside the center. The center can be reached by train and metro in a short time. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity! Parking, shopping or eating in a nice suburban area. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children! Great cut, well maintained and clean. It was perfect for us! Raphael welcomed us kindly and promptly, gave precise instructions, that's how we want it! Thanks to Raphael!

We had a wonderful stay at Gregory and Aline's! The place was exactly as described – very clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. You can immediately tell that the hosts care about the well-being of their guests. Communication was always fast, warm and uncomplicated. We particularly liked the loving details in the apartment as well as the quiet location. The check-in and check-out instructions were also clear and easy to implement. This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

Good stay in a small, functional and pleasant apartment. Perfect for spending a few days near Paris. The host is responsive and the organization is impeccable, so I recommend despite a slight downside: for those who are looking for silence, there is no sound insulation between the apartments, so some inconvenience, especially during the weekend.

Tiny space. About 10-15 minutes from Hoche metro station. Very nice reception with a personal message in the form of a letter. I found it particularly nice and thoughtful that the refrigerator was filled with food for breakfast, which you were allowed to help yourself to. I'd love to come back.

We loved staying here! The Latin Quarter is an amazing location with tons of food and right next to Notre Dame. The place was comfortable, and where it was me and my teenage daughter, we didn’t mind the stairs to go down to the kitchen and bathroom. It was amazing to have air conditioning. It was HOT in Paris when we were there and it felt so good to come home to a cool apartment every day. Communication with Alain was great! I would totally stay here again!

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

Frédéric is a very kind, smiling, polite, courteous, flexible and understanding host. He told us the nearest shops to do our shopping. Accommodation is 100% consistent with the photos, it is very clean, tidy and above all well decorated. All the description mentioned is present in the accommodation. A little extra is the garden which is well maintained, flowering trees, ping pong table, barbecue, chair and garden table, with the heat we had we really enjoyed cooling off in this beautiful garden. I travel often for my work, Frédéric is by far the friendliest host I've had, the most beautiful accommodation I've ever known, I really recommend this host with this house (which is in a quiet neighborhood)

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Manelle he is a very kind host I really enjoyed my holiday the maisonette is very clean and peaceful the area is beautiful and I have done lots of things there the casino and the lack are beautiful can’t wait to come back again thank you Manelle for your kindness we hope to see you very soon again.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
