This comfortable and soundproof cocoon is in perfect condition, recently redecorated in a sober and elegant style, with a dining area design on a platform promontory facing the waves. To reach them, you only need 2 minutes 30 seconds by a pedestrian path to the beach!

Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
