My friends and I had a lovely weekend. The house is very quiet, parking outside in a cul-de-sac so secure. The living room, the well-lit bedrooms with a large balcony, comfortable beds, very good connection for wifi, with a very nice garden and a jacuzzi. (we were not able to enjoy it, lack of time) A plus for air conditioning in a bedroom and living room (we did not use it given the weather) Thanks to Aurélie and her husband, very welcoming, nothing to say at the TOP. 👍I highly recommend it! A small suggestion: a larger model for the hair dryer

Emmanuelle’s place warrants all the 5* reviews, including my own. It is an incredibly comfortable and beautiful house - they have really thought through everything a guest needs. For example, a storm caused some electricity microcuts and not only had they shown me the breaker box, but everything is clearly labeled so it was a 2 minute fix. They really think ahead. The house is also in a spectacular setting and it is an amazing house to relax with family. An added plus is the AC - you don’t need it most of the time, but when you do, you do, and it’s refreshingly powerful. Emmanuelle and her parents are so welcoming, they brought us a gorgeous box of their own veggies from their garden as well as some local treats, and they were responsive to any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough positive about this house, the area and the hosts. 12/10.

perfect host and a great stay!

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

Fiona was available to each message sent from us, a very nice house, in a good location. We were received by a friend of Fiona's who welcomed us very warmly and remained available during our stay. I recommend this rental and Fiona is a great host.

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience there. It's also great that the breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the holiday from the first minute.

The home is very well located, consistent with the photos. A big thank you to Annie and Jeannot for their hospitality and kindness!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment not overlooked. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful area with lots of walks for those who like to hike with elevation. Very well located house close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very responsive, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean and easy to get to. Its location is fantastic. It is close to downtown Biarritz, a short walk to the market, and about 10 - 15 minutes to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment has one shower and one bathtub, each located in a bedroom. This setup might require a bit of coordination if multiple people need to use them or want some privacy. There is a washing machine and dryer available on the bottom floor. One thing to note is that the apartment is at the top of four flights of stairs, not including the ones to get into the building. It may be something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a place close to the beach, market, and downtown Biarritz!

Very pleasant stay at Aña's who was a very good host, always available and attentive. The accommodation was clean and the kitchen very well-equipped which is rare. Sare is a very charming village with pretty walks and hikes starting from the village.

Stéphane, was an excellent host. The apartment is beautifully quiet at the end of the property. It is equipped with everything you need. The stay with the dog was very pleasant because it is possible to reduce the dog to the part of the property through a fence. The terrace is in a great location, with good amenities and beautiful views. The French Basque Country is a feast for the eyes and many excursion destinations are easily accessible from the apartment. I found Stéphane to be very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent the apartment again if I was in this area again.

We had a great weekend at this little house. The environment of the residence is quiet and the garden and pool are particularly pleasant.

We had a great time with the family three generations. The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live with others, and it was a pleasure to swim in the heated pool at the end of October. The scenery that surrounds the house is really spectacular. We don't get tired of rediscovering it every day depending on the weather. We leave regret this beautiful place. We had a wonderful stay, Delphine and her husband are very welcoming, the accommodation has more than necessary in terms of amenities, the outdoor area is very nice and peaceful, no noise, perfect quiet place to relax. Ideal location close to all the places of interest on the Basque coast (cities to visit, beaches within 15 minutes, Spain, etc.). We would definitely stay again and can only recommend this place :)

We had a lovely time at Stephane's home. We were with friends, the place and simply splendid is as described by the host. Stéphan was very accommodating with us, allowing us to leave much later than offering them for check out. A real plus for us to finish the fridge and enjoy one last sunny morning. The place was very clean and is in a very good location. To get to Biarritz, renting bikes is a great option. Access to the pool is a real plus.

Best place to stay if you want to explore the Pyrenees and the Basque Country

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!
