We have no neighbours so you will feel well-rested!

The accommodation is located about a ten-minute walk from the center of the village where all the essential shops are located. It is composed of a bright living room - open to a garden - with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a mezzanine offering 3 beds.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking

Come and relax in this unique and quiet authentic little chalet with stunning views of the mountains in a green setting near Annecy and the Aravis resorts. Independent gîte on two levels, 36 m² on the ground in a comfortable wooden chalet. Located on 850 m2 of land, close to forests, pastures, at the foot of the Parmelan and marked trails for hiking. 2 electric heaters, 1 pellet stove. Sheets included. Towels 8 euros/person

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
