Casa Nicoleup

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

VIlla Bianca on Rocky Beach & Private Heated Pool

LindaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.
An airy living space is highlighted by large open windows offering views of an iconic historical building. A modern gray sofa and a white dining table set are arranged on patterned tile flooring, creating an inviting area for relaxation and meals.

Lollotà Castello Wi-Fi luxury flat (IUN P1849)

We had an amazing time at Francesco's place. The views in the pictures completely lived up to the photos. The location requires steep hikes to get to, but being in this square in this building was absolutely sublime. There is a musician who plays either the accordion or keyboard most days, there are tourists who frequent the Co-Cathedral and church bells. We found all of this o be charming and all things we absolutely loved here. On nice days, having the windows open to allow the outdoors come in was sublime. Cafè Plazuela at the foot of our building is great for coffee and a pastry, and the workers are very friendly. Francesco was responsive to all our needs. We cooked and had all the supplies we needed (oil, vinegar, spices, colander, sharp knives, cheese grater). Additionally, we were there for a month and Francesco gave us a fresh supply of towels and bedding. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's an old building and that's what we loved.
A hallway framed by decorative tiles leads to a modern kitchen area. The kitchen features sleek cabinets and a variety of kitchen appliances. A small bar table with stools is positioned against a patterned wall, and a television is mounted on the adjacent wall.

Orticello Appartment

Daniel's accommodation far exceeded all expectations. Although well described, the apartment is much more beautiful and functional than we could have imagined. Well designed and furnished, it is equipped with all the comforts and many small touches that allowed us to make the most of our stay. Well-stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom, small outdoor space very useful. The house has an air conditioner that works perfectly for heating in winter too. San Sperate is a delightful village close to Cagliari, and is a strategic point for visiting the whole of southern Sardinia. Daniel is precise and thoughtful in all communications, also available for our check-in and check-out needs. Thanks Daniel, we hope to be back very soon!

Riccardo's house is a gem Being there for me was like a gift for being in the city and in a quieter area. The space is very comfortable and pleasant. Ricardo was patient and accessible with my times. A special place to recharge batteries or to land at the entrance. Thank you !

Meigama, loft with parking in the historic center

EmmaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Joe is a very gracious host. He met us on arrival at the parking garage and helped carry our bags to the top floor apartment. His knowledge and experience of the area was very interesting and helpful. The apartment is authentically decorated and extremely well equipped for beach days. There are many beautiful beaches less than an hour away by car, and a lively city beach within 10 minutes drive.
The bathroom features a modern design with grey tiled walls and floor. A spacious white sink is situated beside a large mirror. A bidet and toilet are positioned along one wall, with a sleek cabinet for storage. A towel warmer is also visible, enhancing the space's functionality.

Decimomannu Modern Apartment with Parking!

LukaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Generally a very nice place to stay. Newly renovated. A few things to keep in mind. Parking entry is very narrow, we had a fiat 500 so it wasn’t too much of an issue to get inside. But if you have a larger car it could be really difficult. There is an entrance door that leads to the 2 units that are rented together or separated. If you rent just one unit there is only a wooden room door that keeps you separate from the stairs that leads to the upper unit. It’s not a big thing but it ahould be mentioned in advance. Anyway it is a 5 star review from our side. Good place to stay for a few nights.
