Jorge is a great host! Apartment had everything we needed. A lot of space and fully equiped kitchen. I could recommend this place. It was a little bit cold at this time of year, but we were ready. And there are a lot of blankets available.

Excellent value for money, good location, safe, close to downtown and supermarkets, stores and close to downtown if you want to walk, otherwise buses and minibuses pass by. Very comfortable apartment, it had everything you need. Judy was very friendly at all times, highly recommended.

Excellent apartment! Modern and comfortable, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location is perfect minutes from the restaurants on the coast of Villarrica and quick departure to Pucón and surroundings, which is what we were looking for to know pa area. Myriam, was always attentive to respond to any concerns and very clear instructions for entry and departure.

Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy apartment to stay for several days. The apartment has a beautiful view of trees, beats natural light, and is very quiet. Desk and comfortable chairs to work with, and great internet for those who need to do online meetings, downloads and uploads.

Very well-equipped apartment in perfect condition, matches what is offered, about the environment, I would say that it is very quiet, bordered and inserted in nature, finally I would point out that it has excellent accessibility and connectivity to the urban center and to Pucon's equipment areas.

The stay was wonderful. The place was spotless, exactly as in the pictures: clean and very well maintained. I especially highlight the attention to detail, such as having air-conditioned the space before our arrival and having the coffee maker ready to enjoy a coffee upon arrival. The setting is idyllic and the house is perfectly connected for a family stay. Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back soon.

Carla and Jorge's house is absolutely beautiful and has been very well designed. It's brand new and built to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you need from frying eggs to baking a cake. Great pans, utensils and equipment. The living room which is part of an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining room is extremely comfortable and you have access to numerous streaming platforms. The beds and linens are all very comfy and they are also very high quality. The house is far enough from town to have a countryside feel, but close enough to not be inconvenient. As an added plus, Carla and Jorge are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We've stayed in over 100 AirBnbs. The house and experience is right at the top of the list. We loved our time there and plan to return in the future. Enjoy!

Good attention, the house is impeccable... very comfortable for many people... Very quiet environment... The house is a little removed, and there the entrance is a little complicated... But everything was 10 equal 👍

Easy access to the apartment, very cozy and meets all the requirements that a couple needs to spend a nice weekend, close to downtown and the volcano. Note that the TV does not have updated movie platforms (netflix, prime, hbo, etc.) therefore they cannot be used, but rather youtube except for the time being. Paula was very quick to answer messages and the pass to the apartment. In general, everything is good.

Fabián's apartment is located steps from the waterfront and next to the leading supermarket. Excellent location to enjoy Villarrica and its surroundings. Nice decoration, very comfortable and new spaces, we'll be back for sure. Thank you Fabian for being helpful at all times.

We rented for a 4-day trip with Mauricio and it was the best, the apartment is clean and in an excellent location The rooms for 4 people were perfect, with heating for the cold, the bathroom 10/10 Very easy access to get there by Uber from downtown Pucon. The best part was the pleasant stay and the place was super hygienic. Nothing to say. 100% recommended this place for an excellent stay 🧳🧳

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.
