Really wonderful, the view is amazing, we had beautiful and sunny days. Mariela and Wilson took great care of us, rented us a kayak where we enjoyed a beautiful day on the lake, kayaked around the lake and were surprised by the views (especially the volcano) The silence that nature can give you is impressive, we had the lake to ourselves, there was no one around. That's what we were looking for. We were able to swim in the lake, walk through the woods and rest. It really was a beautiful experience.

Everything was excellent, getting there was a bit complicated, the public address took us close but not to the entrance. That's the only thing that needs improvement. The host was very friendly and even came out to look for us.

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

Apartment with a good view, great space and plenty of natural light. What could improve, but it doesn't depend on the host, is the issue of the smells from the drain. At certain times it was quite strong and that's because right below, on floor -3 there are sewer pipes. You need to do something about the smells there.

An excellent place to vacation in Pucon. Private, safe and super close to downtown Pucon. Good equipment to be comfortable during your stay. Good connection to the main attractions. Jorge and Marcia are very helpful with any request.

Karin is always concerned with making your stay perfect. He answers very quickly. The apartment is spotless, fully equipped and in working order. The building's reception staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to downtown Pucón and a quiet environment to rest. It is on a quiet street and on the lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy a gazebo and jacuzzi. Excellent stay, definitely highly recommended

We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

Too nice place, very spacious apartment, super well equipped, and the condominium is beautiful, super large, with swimming pools and games, very safe, it is already a second time that we come and will continue to book it!

Ciro and Claudia are great hosts, very warm and kind. Attentive to our needs, they welcomed us ahead of schedule. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, very well equipped and furnished, very bright, we felt very comfortable. It has a balcony with a partial view of the lake, beautiful to enjoy at all times. There is a 24-hour concierge, ample underground parking. Safe area, strategic location.

This is the second time that we stayed in the apartment. We came back because our daughters love the place and how close to downtown. We will definitely be back

It was a beautiful place to travel and Dafne the host was super attentive to everything! It was worth the excellent price and quality. 😊 My family and I were super happy with the stay!!!

We loved our stay at Natalia's apartment - it was clean and had everything you'd need to feel comfortable during your stay. It had a lovely balcony from which you can see part of the lake. Natalia was friendly and responsive, and ensured that we were comfortable in her suite. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing if you looking for nature and really appreciate to woken up with a view straight to the lake . The house has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable

Overall a good place to stay, I highlight the view of the lake, very beautiful. As the listing says, the apartment is from the '80s, which at least doesn't bother me. But the fridge freezer filled up with really fast ice, and then the refrigerator didn't quite close. On the other hand, the paint on the piece was peeling, which can be improved. On the smells, smells effectively come out,especially from the bathroom. The condo is very nice, but to enjoy the pool or other facilities, I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility, as you have to make a long and noticeable descent and climb. Access to the lake is mainly for people who have boats, so it doesn't work for other goals, not for the beach.

We had a rich week at Barbara's house, a quiet place, with a beautiful park. With two beaches nearby, almost on the patio of the house, one of them practically private. The condo is very close to Licanray , but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. The comfortable and spacious house, cozy...was what we were looking for to rest and take advantage of the lake.

House and surroundings as in the pictures. In condominium with several houses around but very rarely we meet the neighbors. Access to the shore of the lake in 2 minutes I miss some water toy like a kayak or SUP. Very quiet, except some neighbors with boat and jet ski. Others with kayaking and laser, even better. Recommended and comfortable for large group.

Unbeatable in Villarica. Location, comfort and impeccable service. Carlos was a great host and gave us lots of tips. We are grateful.
