Vacation rentals with a patio in Chile

We stayed for the weekend to attend a concert and we were delighted. We felt very comfortable and safe. The apartment is beautiful, equipped with everything listed and incredibly clean. It was wonderful to arrive and feel at home. We found a clean place, with a very pleasant aroma in the environment! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and so are the bathrooms. Despite being Autumn and the weather being colder, we had no need to use heating and/or air conditioning since the sun warmed the place perfectly. A wonderful view and environment, close access and a sense of security. I hope to return as soon as possible when I have to visit Santiago! Infinitely grateful for the kindness and willingness of Daniela and Alejandro.

The place met all the necessary requirements, everything was very clean and tidy, a central place with plenty of panoramas to do during the stay, regarding the Host, friendly and quick to respond.

We had a very good stay at Romyna's place. The place is beautiful, with a nice view and the hill is quite quiet. It's centrally located and allows quick access to downtown and other hills. Romyna has excellent recommendations!

Max is a fantastic host. New and very clean accommodation with tasteful and attractive furnishings and decor. Wonderful views through the large windows where I spent one morning watching a condor soaring alongside the nearby mountain. Very pleased with the choice to stay here.

Very nice place, with a lot of privacy, there is everything to do, roast marshmallows, have a barbecue, bathe in the jacuzzi, watch movies on Netflix, watch the stars, the house is very well equipped with a coffee maker and heating, beautiful view from all points of the house, even from the bathroom! And a beautiful view of the countryside. We will definitely be back!

Spectacular house! Very comfortable and in a prime location. In the mornings, black-necked swans and caiquenes arrive at the edge of the house. 100% recommended! An experience.

I loved this place, ideally not to popularize it so much, since the best thing about it is the location away from everyone with a view of the sea, incredible! The cabin has everything, I felt very safe and disconnected, which was what my husband and I were looking for with my dog. Thank you Sandra, apart from the fact that Salón Verde is exquisite! We'll definitely be back!

The house is a true refuge surrounded by nature, where you feel calm and relaxed, immediately connecting with the place. Carmen Paz was always attentive to our needs, showing concern so that you have the best possible stay. It is undoubtedly a place we want to go back to at another time, regardless of the time of year, I think the seasons there each have their own charm. A really atomic house. Located far from everything* in an ecological community. Ideal to disconnect, be and rest. Spacious. Well-equipped. And with heating designed to keep you warm. *although with two stores nearby to have everything at hand.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt right at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, air-conditioned environment, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful host and attentive! The neighborhood is great and safe, and it's next to the subway station, which makes it easy to get around at low cost, in short, everything was wonderful!!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
