The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Our bright SW facing two bedroom apartment (57m2) is located in Sources de Marie at the quietest and most tranquil end of the village. It offers fantastic views over the Transarc Mountains and has a huge (15m2), SW facing corner balcony. There is free access to a jacuzzi, sauna and an outside pool. The Deep Nature Spa is located within the residence. Genuinely ski in ski out and close to the centre of the village, ski school, restaurants and bars.

Charming renovated 21 m² studio with sunny balcony located in Tignes le Lavachet (5 min walk from Tignes le Lac) in a small very quiet residence on the 2nd floor, close to shops and restaurants. In summer, the resort is very lively with the Bike Park and the Lake. In winter, the ski slope starts just behind the residence, with the lifts (Paquis and Chaudannes) a few meters away, as well as the Lavachet slope for beginners (free ski lift).
