Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, agréable avec une vue magnifique. Logement très propre et bien équipé avec un jacuzzi accessible à tous moments et au top !!

Le logement d’Hélène est très bien équipé, très accueillant, une jolie terrasse et au bord d’une magnifique rivière. Hélène est une hôtesse au petit soin et très disponible. Je recommande pour un séjour paisible, au calme, proche d’Annecy mais hors de son agitation !

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans ce petit chalet avec des hôtes très accueillants, flexibles et avec de bonnes adresses. Le logement est très bien je recommande fortement !

The view! Great place in a stunning location. Only minutes to shops and 10mins from Chamonix. Beautiful walks on the doorstep. A short walk up the hill and you can take in the view of Mont Blanc Will visit again

I highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect, it has a big terrace/back yard, the interior is nice and has everything you need. It also has a garage, which was perfect. Roberto was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Nice apartment with a mountain view and close to restaurants and Megeve. It may feel a little tiny if staying for a long time, but it worked great for us for a short stay (2 adults, 2 kids).

Très bon séjour dans cet Airbnb. Bonne communication avec l’hôte, très réactif. Arrivée autonome. Maison parfaitement bien situé, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Ventilateurs disponibles. Des vélos sont à disposition idéal pour visiter Annecy. Parking payant à proximité et également gratuit en s’éloignant.

Un logement PARFAIT ! Bernard, Sabine, Macha (leur chienne) et leur cheval, sont très gentils, discrets, arrangeants, réactif. Le logement est ultra propre, petit chalet mais bien aménagé. Des équipements de qualités et bien pensé. Terrain ombragé quasi toute la journée donc parfait autant pour les chiens que pour les humains. Une vue magnifique. Des habitants du lieu dit très poli et sympathique. Une proximité du lac d'Annecy et le Bourget du lac. Tout était parfait alors un GRAND MERCI !

Nous sommes venus chez Michel & Svetlana pour séjourner durant le festival de l'animation à Annecy. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus, le logement est parfait ainsi que son emplacement facile à trouver (20 min du centre-ville), calme et magnifique. Les hôtes sont très à l'écoute et nous avons été très bien accueillis dès le 1er jour. De plus, la piscine est particulièrement agréable. Nous recommandons à 100%. Signé Rémi, Justine et Célia.

Super week-end prolongé chez Amandine. Le chalet est confortable et convivial. Le bain nordique est un plus. Les randonnées aux alentours sont très belles ! Un petit havre de paix !

Sophie is a very friendly host and she really helped me with the check in. Spotless place, very convenient location, especially if you ski in Les Arcs. Just a short walk to the funicular. Would 100% recommend.

Tout est très bien …. Excepté pour moi, le contact. Vous y prêtez de l’importance où vous n’en prêtez pas mais je n’ai pas eu de contact avec Christele excepté par SMS. Ce n’est pas ma vision du Airbnb mais une vision parfaitement libérale… Juste l’impression d’être un tiroir caisse, deux sms pour me rappeler de partir à 10h pour le prochain locataire et pis voilà. Je mets 5 étoiles car je ne veux pas porter préjudice à Christele…. Mais peut être Christele s’appelle Georges…. Au fond, je n’en sais rien… sans doute suis je vieux jeu…. J’envoie un ultime sms pour informer de mon départ…. Et rien, aucun retour, pas même un bonne route… vite au suivant!! Bref, pour le reste des prestations… rien à redire, le rapport qualité prix est très convenable, cette location fut efficace, rentable, productive. Merci Georges…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Isabelle et Philippe sont des hotes tres aceuilant et sympathiques nous avons pu profiter de la piscine le logement etait impecable et tres prope nous y somme comme chez nous je recommande ce logement
