Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

What a find! Beautiful apartment in a stunning location! Only a couple of minutes to the beach and the supermarket- just perfect! Erene was very responsive and super helpful, allowing us a late checkout on our last day! We will be back! 😎

Beautiful apartment with spacious bed, large balcony and great surroundings with everything within reasonable walking distance and near bus station. The only downside is that I had booked this apartment for the gym in the building. Unfortunately, I couldn't use this because I didn't get the key.

we, married couple of 74 and 79 years old have 1/2/3/ 2025 in the apartment, facing south, with total privacy, spent on the 8th floor with elevator reachable. The apartment was as described and met our expectations. We missed a microwave, which we bought there ourselves. The car is on a , with a barrier(remote control), enclosed spacious parking lot. With a bus card you go for E 1.50 per person and back from starting point Montiboli to the end point Tellerosa(hiking area)through Villajojosa. At the apartment, there is plenty of opportunity to walk . Difficulty level varies by area. More than 15 tennis courts are available for the tennis enthusiast. We were able to communicate well with Alexander and responded almost immediately with solutions. Resuming, we can look back with satisfaction on our 3-month stay in Montiboli and in Alexander's apartment and recommend it to future winterers and everyone

The place was super clean, cozy and exactly as described. The location is very quiet, the host was very friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

We spent 6 weeks at Daniel's and it became our second home. Everything was very clean, the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. The place was very quiet and far enough away from the neighbors opposite. But it was the large terrace that won us over. It was sunny from morning to mid-afternoon and we enjoyed it very much. Daniel responded quickly to a special request and with kindness. If we return to Spain next year, this is where we would like to settle. Thanks Daniel

this is fantastic it's a 2 min walk from the corner shop for grinders and skins haha 10 min walk to the main strip really beautiful views

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a great stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect and contains everything you need for a successful vacation. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into town. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return by plane to Norway and then got to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I would love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

This apartment has a great view of the water and a mountain and is located just 5 min away from the beautiful beach and cafes, yet quiet at night. Great location. Would come back anytime soon!

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We spent a few days at Åge's house and we are very happy with the experience. We arrived almost at 12 midnight and they didn't give us any trouble. The apartment is exactly as described, it is quiet, has a very nice pool and is literally right next to the beach. In addition, in the house we found a wide variety of kitchen utensils that allowed us to eat lunch and dinner there many days. The location in relation to the historic center is also very good, and you can walk without any problems. We recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants to spend a few days in Altea.

Great place to stay, ideally located to walk. 5 mins to beach. 12 mins to old town. 10 mins to new town. 5 mins to town centre shopping area. Place was clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. Parking in the basement was really useful too. Would happily stay again. Thanks!

Everything is perfect, it is not an apartment, it is a home in the quiet area of Benidorm, if you are looking for tranquility within the city, it is definitely the right place.
