Old renovated house, ground floor, 50 meters from the beach center of Villajoyosa and with access to a promenade and another promenade of the Amadorio river. It consists of an American kitchen and living room, a room with a bed and a small room outside the river with a sofa bed. Ideal for couples and couples with children. It has everything necessary to be able to be, without personal objects of the owner and with air conditioning.

He kindly showed us around the space and explained how everything worked. The apartment itself is basic but very clean and located right on the beach in the historical old town part of the village. For us, as teavellors on a budget, it was good enough for the price since we were able to cook meals and sleep (which is everything you need for a short holiday). We very much enjoyed our stay and are happy to rate this apartment with a 5 star review. Thank you for having us :)”
Modern newly refurbished apartment front line to the sea, the apartment is bright and well equipped, 2 minutes to the sea, 1.1km long promenade, with its small bars and restaurants. Here you wake up to the waves of the sea and birdwatchers, amazing hiking opportunities nearby, both along the beach and up in the mountains, in this little fishing village you will find peace and harmony. With the tram you can easily reach both Alicante and Benidorm if you wish

Very nice house, is in an area with a fantastic microclimate all year round, besides being very well heated. Very close to all services, supermarkets, restaurants and hospital. It is an ideal place to be calm and at the same time very close to the environment of the coast.
