Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

Emplacement très très agréable et très joli, au milieu des Olivers et des pins. logement simple mais tout à fait agréable Piscine très bien entretenue et très calme. Un petit Havre de paix que nous avons quitté avec regret. Salvatore toujours réactif. La dame et son mari qui évolue sur la propriété sont très gentils. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Mi estadía en el bungalow fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es muy moderno, cómodo y estaba impecable. Todo el entorno es un verdadero jardín hay flores, césped bien cuidado, animales y una conexión con la naturaleza que invita al descanso. Las vistas son preciosas, especialmente el atardecer que se puede apreciar en total tranquilidad desde la piscina por ejemplo la cuál está en un lugar cerrado entonces se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos y llegar es fácil porque está bien señalizado. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de verde y con todas las comodidades. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

Our stay at this Airbnb near Girfalco was wonderful. Tucked away in a rural setting, the property offered a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Every night, we could hear the wind whistling outside through the olive trees, which was very peaceful to fall asleep to. Francesca was a gracious host, and was always available for if we had questions or needed help. We had access to the whole bottom floor, which was quite spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of 5. The interior was charming, and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking and family gatherings. The wifi was a bit limited, but luckily we were able to use our phones as a hot spot. It was only about a 30-minute walk to Girifalco's local town for my husband and I - the roads are curvy with blind corners, so best to be careful or only drive if the kids are with you. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway immersed in nature's beauty, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. We would definitely come back again!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt rund um unsere Hochzeit am Strand in Maurizios wunderschönem Haus! Er ist ein toller und vor allem unkomplizierter Gastgeber und war auch immer gut erreichbar. Wir wurden mit einer riesigen Schüssel köstlicher Nektarinen aus dem eigenen Geschäft empfangen und haben viele wertvolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Produkte, die im Geschäft verkauft werden sind köstlich. Wir haben uns vor der Abreise noch mit viel N‘duja, Caciocavallo, Marmeladen und vielem mehr eingedeckt! ❤️ Pool und Garten, sowie das gesamte Haus waren sauber und gepflegt. Danke, lieber Maurizio, dass wir in deinem Haus sein durften! 😍 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre coppie. Location molto ospitale dotata di tutti i confort, adatta a gruppi di amici e/o famiglie numerose. La vista mozzafiato a picco sul mare, apprezzabile dall' ampio giardino e dai balconi, difficilmente trova eguali. Cosa dire poi del Sig. Rocco: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e con consigli utili per gustare buon cibo e visitare le bellezze del luogo. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Alloggio comodo e ben tenuto con mobili nuovi e comodi. Andrea Maria è stata molto ospitale e ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni per la cena e ci ha fatto anche la prenotazione nel locale. Ambiente intorno molto tranquillo immerso nel verde ed a due passi dalla spiaggiata.

Posto incantevole nel cuore di Sambiase, Lamezia Terme. Michele è stato gentilissimo e premuroso, sempre attento ai dettagli e con ottimi suggerimenti per i locali dove mangiare. Fortemente consigliato!! Grazie

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft oberhalb der Stadt, in einer privaten Parkanlage eines historischen Palazzos, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und engagierte Vermieter… Sehr zu empfehlen!

apartment is located 15 min drive for reggio calabria. it was great spot to visit the beach and some small villages near by. it's spacious with two rooms. totally equipped kitchen with also some basic ingredients. which I liked. landlord also prepared some watter for us. by foot is really great pasticheria where we ate our breakfast. price between what you pay and what you get is top.

Siamo scesi a Crotone per godere del clima e delle temperature favorevoli. Siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti, come pure dell' alloggio propostoci da Francesco. Un grazie particolare alla moglie del signor Francesco per la cordialità e le preziose indicazioni. grazie

La casetta messa a disposizione da Mario è davvero molto accogliente e, sopratutto, in una posizione invidiabile. Un piccolo sentiero consente infatti di arrivare al mare percorrendo solo una cinquantina di metri. La casa ha un bel patio, una zona pranzo non particolarmente ampia ma funzionale ed una camera da letto grande e con bagno comunicante. Arredata con garbo, comoda e pulita. Mario e la moglie abitano proprio di fronte e, quindi, sono stati molto disponibili, gentili ed attenti. Molto comodo l'accesso alla proprietà privata per il tramite di un cancello elettrico per cui viene dato in dotazione un apposito telecomando. Posto auto proprio di fianco all'abitazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente elevato. Ottima scelta!

La casa è molto pulita e spaziosa, vicinissima al mare, ben attrezzata e con un prezzo conveniente. C’è un grande parcheggio privato proprio sotto casa. La padrona di casa, Lia, è stata molto gentile e accogliente. Questo viaggio è stato davvero piacevole!

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, bei Rossella wohnen zu dürfen. Da wir nachts ankamen, war die Fahrt etwas abenteuerlich auf unbekannten Straßen und über Serpentinen nur den Berg hoch. Aber wir wurden belohnt mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung und mit einer voll eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung auf 2 Etagen-verbunden mit einer für Orte in den Bergen typischen steilen Treppe. Die untere Etage enthält das geräumige und gemütliche Bad sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten (3 Personen) und oben befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett sowie die gemütliche Wohnküche. Beide sind mit einem typischen Balkon verbunden auf dem man den Sonnenaufgang erleben kann. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht-einschließlich Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. Geweckt wurden wir am Sonntag durch die Glocken der nahen Kirche, was uns nicht störte. Die Umgebung bietet viel Berge, Ausblick, Natur und Ruhe. Wir kommen gern wieder :-) Vielen Dank Rosella und Martina.

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

We thank Maria for letting us stay in her clean, cute and very welcoming Airbnb. The location is perfect and the Airbnb was clean, she even left us some snacks and drinks. I can 100% recommend this one.

abbiamo passato il week end di natale nell'appartamento gestito da Lorenzo, è stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. l'alloggio era fornito di tutto il necessario utile: cucina, lavatrice etc. tutto funzionale ed efficiente. ottima la posizione per non parlare poi del bel panorama che si affacciava sul lago. ci è piaciuto tantissimo e ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt.
