Vacation rentals in Villaggio Sanghen

This rustic Italian residence met all of our expectations. We traveled as a group of four adults and three children. It is located in quiet surroundings with every possible item in the kitchen you could need. Its proximity to the village was a big plus meaning we could ramble down with the kids without any problems. It was a short drive to the lake where there are lovely areas to chill by the lake and/or rent kayaks or paddle boards. The host was exceptional and helped us to organise transfers and even some fans for the house due to the unusual high temperatures. As mentioned the rooms are not private but we didn’t find this a problem. The Wi-Fi signal was good in the living room and the patio seating was so lovely to spend time in especially in the early morning and at night. We would highly recommend this place to a family looking to explore this part of Italy as the local village has everything you need without being an area overly full with tourists. We had a good time in there. And we were very lucky with the weather. When the sun is shining, you can enjoy the garden and the beach. Upon our arrival, we were briefly greeted and shown how the entrance gate works. Communication and instructions are good and messages or questions are responded to quickly. The apartment is (as described in other reviews) a bit simple, but still has everything you need. The location on the water and the garden were decisive for our booking anyway. There are other apartments for other guests in the house, but it was never a problem. If it were to be available, we would definitely come back :)

We had a really great time, as if we were at home. The owner and her husband are really two exquisite people, helpful and friendly, she recommended places and local spots to visit. The house was impeccable, with all the comforts, including the kitchen salt that is usually missing. Clean and fragrant towels and also two bottles of water in the fridge, cookies and chocolates. Really a great experience. Absolutely recommended place

We visited the house with 5 people and it was impeccably clean from the basement to the attic. The house is situated in a quiet street with parking spaces. The garden including the pool is beautifully maintained. There was also nothing wrong with the decor and extras such as ironing board, iron, and barbecue or hair dryer. We can highly recommend the house. Great location great host!

We spent 5 days in the apartment with the family, two adults and two teenagers. Yes, it's not very big but the outdoor terrace serves perfectly as a dining room so everything went well. Sleeping arrangements are very decent and so is the shower room. The kitchen lacks some equipment (glasses in particular) but we get through it. Otherwise for the residence, we just enjoyed the swimming pools very well but not the other amenities (football, volleyball, basketball, tennis ) but which can very well satisfy more sporty families. Not included otherwise if we could use the pétanque court and if the mini golf worked ... too bad. As for the surroundings, it is a part of Lake Gardes less touristy but you can easily go to Desenzano, Sirmione or Riva in under an hour. In all that , I would recommend it. Thank you in any case, I recommend it.

Michaela was an amazing host! She was available immediately for anything we needed. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. There was a couple of minor issues but she immediately rectified them. They were having a photo shoot done at the owners house next door so there was some disturbance with that but that’s a one off kind of thing. The owner also comes daily for landscaping. Other than that the place was great! We stay at a lot of Airbnb’s and I would say Michaela has been the best host we’ve ever had!

We had a truly wonderful stay in Casa Ella. The space was clean, charming, and perfectly convenient for a relaxing family getaway, but made our experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of our host—extremely kind, understanding, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. The apartment building is full of character and history which I loved. It’s located on the second floor so be mindful of the stairs. There is also a cute garden and a place to eat outside of the apartment. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. Like the offer said: you can find the closest beach in 7-8 minutes on foot. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, cute and more than comfortable, with fully equipped bathroom, kitchen and AC.
