Magnificent independent villa that has tennis, soccer and basketball courts. The house is only 7 minutes on foot from the sea and the most beautiful beaches of the coast and 5 minutes by car from the center of Villasimius. The living room has a double sofa bed, kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine, upstairs we find an additional double bedroom where there is also air conditioning and a beautiful bathroom.

Mandorli Green Retreat

We had a really nice time at Mandorli. The host was flexible with the arrival time, they even let us stay a bit later than the check-out time as we had a ferry back in the evening. The house itself is ideal for two people, and has everything you need, with a beautiful terrace. We really like the Zagara beach that is why we reserved this place, because it is really close. We were there in October and the village itself was calm and peaceful. We were also working remotely and the internet connection was really good, more than enough for two people working, taking video calls etc. So, if you are looking for a place to relax near a beautiful beach, this is it!

I usually don't write reviews but Sebastiano's and his wife's house is out of this world! It actually is way better than on photos! House provides complete privacy and also openness for outdoor activities. Architecture of this house is thought thru to the tiniest details and its just pure pleasure to just spend time in the house and pool while the weather hot like hell outside :) Sebastiano was great host! He provides us with great tips for restaurants and sight seeing on this beautiful island and his reactions in case we needed something were instant. I cannot remmed more to visit this heaven island and stay in their awesome villa. Thank you so much for having us ;) we will be back!

Great little house, very welcoming. We spent a week there as a family (2 adults - 2 children). Nice rooms, very nice garden. Riccardo was very responsive and understanding to messages. We'll go back!! Small plus to really say something... a vacuum cleaner would be nice (or we didn't see it...😜) and a calendar for the garbage... because we didn't immediately understand how it worked. In any case, 5 stars are well deserved!!

Very nice house with a beautiful garden in a very convenient location in Villasimius. We had a great time at Rebecca's place. It's a great place to get to the beaches in a short time. The interior of the house is very well distributed with three spacious rooms and a nice bathroom. The materials are chosen with care and good taste. However, consider a fairly late check-in (after six in the afternoon) and an early check-out (by nine in the morning).

We were welcomed by Rossella's parents, very friendly and helpful. The cottage with ground floor and loft sleeping area is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable with 2 outdoor areas: the patio where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach and a small garden with lawn and barbecue. The parking lot in front of the entrance gate is very convenient. The area is ideal for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and its surroundings. The village with supermarkets is a 5-minute drive away. Rossella was very helpful in solving a small problem with the wifi. Thanks to Rossella and her nice parents, if we return to the area we will definitely book here again!

No words to describe how FABULOUS this property is! A charming home that’s been thoughtfully decorated with a very special garden. All amenities you could possibly need, comfortable beds, thoughtful touches around the house. Maria and Francesca were incredibly helpful, friendly and flexible and offered us a lot of help with various recommendations throughout our stay. The house is even nicer than the photos and would HIGHLY recommend! Will be coming back ❤️❤️❤️

Stunning villa w/pool & sea view

We all loved the villa, the view and the large pool. We managed without a car with the Summer bus running. Having a table tennis table was a bonus and kept us entertained. It was hot and we didnt have the energy for petanque, but the court looked good. We had a couple of problems that Dan and his contacts dealt with quickly and well. The air con system (out of the window) in two of the bedrooms needs updating and wasnt great for our friends using those rooms. All in all though we were happy. Thanks.
