Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are therefore not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. Communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

giuliana's apartment has been written a lot. That's why I just want to add a few things that can help you decide if this is the right apartment. Basically it is a nice apartment, especially the outdoor area with pool and trees is wonderful. Communication with Giuliana was also excellent. Things to note: - The apartment is relatively shaded, in summer an advantage, rather too dark in October, as the terrace is also in the shade. - For two people, the apartment is optimal, four people are rather inconvenient. The guest couch may be fine for children, for adults and not recommended for several days, especially because the couch is a walk-through room. - It is also a pity that there is only one bistro table within the apartment and not a normal one, which is due to the size of the apartment and also works for 4 people. It's not really cozy, though.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

We had a great vacation at Villa Grandi Fiori. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the charming village of Oria, in the heart of Puglia, a perfect base for exploring the region. The villa is really superb: spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook with pleasure during our stay. Several terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun or shade at any time of day. The garden, entirely surrounded by hedges, offered us total privacy and absolute tranquility – a true haven of peace. Thank you to Ingrid and Piet for your warm welcome. It was a pleasure to meeting you. Villa Grandi Fiori is undoubtedly a place where you already dream of returning!

Gabriella's place was absolutely stunning! The photos can't do the beautiful grounds and landscape justice. Both Gabriella and Clara were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and their local suggestions for beaches, sights and restaurants were great. Both ourselves and our friends (who were staying at one of the other villas on the property) were travelling with infants, and found the layout and amenities (they tracked down a second set of cribs/high chairs for us) great for children. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Salento.

Gabriele's house is a top find! We would have loved to stay even longer! The pictures don't even do it justice. Beautiful inside and outside spaces! Everything is spacious and clean, top furnished in garden and pool area, as well as kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms! The location is also perfect - full privacy and very peaceful but close to Lecce, the most beautiful beaches and cute little towns. Gabriele is such a great host! We felt immediately welcome! The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.

Great accommodation! There were five of us there and we enjoyed it very much. The accommodation was even nicer than expected: It is a small complex with a pool area, outdoor kitchen and large terraces to relax. The kitchen has everything we needed and the bedrooms were great for everyone. A car is recommended, as the area has a lot to offer.

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

Looking for a unique place to stay in the Specchia area? Then you need to put your suitcases in the Pajara de la Urpa!! A unique, enchanting, quiet, relaxing, green place where you feel so good in the middle of the birdsong. Rita and Vicky, the hosts, are keen to introduce us to their beautiful home, they are very attentive to us. Present on our arrival with a bottle in the fridge and present at the departure for a parting gift (typical pastries). A central point in Salento to discover Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, not to mention these wild coves and the beautiful beaches of the South. What can I say about Andrea's accommodation, it is identical to the photos with a lot of elegance and Italian charm. Andrea and his wife will make you feel at home, they are very attentive to you and it's really rare these days. We were able to eat in very good places following the recommendations and we were able to do an activity with a beautiful sunset thanks to Andrea. We are grateful to him for giving us moments so that our vacation can go as well as possible. I can only recommend this place!!

Maria Lucia was an attentive, present and very kind host. The apartment had just been renovated and we were the first to stay. Spacious, clean and cozy. The patio is an added value, beautiful for summer evenings. The location is strategic, convenient to downtown, beaches and markets. Quiet area and very convenient to reach. Covered parking is also convenient. What can I say??!! Beautiful stay. Thank you Maria Lucia, we will be back.

Really nice structure, we had an apartment with two rooms where two couples and children can sleep peacefully. Equipped kitchen, we even found coffee pods, a bottle of wine, water and juices for children and a very clean bathroom. Very nice terrace and accurate details. Shower and outdoor barbecue shared with others. Outdoor laundry with all the essentials. Everything is very well kept and clean. Very close to the beach, both free (a little small) and paid (500 meters). Federica and her mom are very nice. We had a very good time, we will definitely be back. 🥰

From the first moment, you feel at home in this lovingly restored palazzo. The many terraces invite you to linger - depending on the position of the sun - the thick walls keep the house pleasantly cool, even if the sun is burning down outside and it is a perfect place to relax. Giorgia and Letizia, thank you very much! We stayed here for three weeks and could have stayed a few more. Everyone we met in Parabita and the surrounding towns welcomed us with a cordiality that we rarely experienced.

The little home is very very special, highly recommend to get back to nature. You have everything you need.

We had an incredibly lovely time at Giulio and Emanuela's place. We lacked nothing. The location is great to explore beautiful beaches and cities in the area. The highlight is of course the huge roof terrace that simply invites you to spend the whole evening there. We also noticed that the kitchen is very well equipped. We would come back any time!!! 😊

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

Alina and her husband are extremely kind and available people. The house is well-kept and the location is strategic for reaching the beautiful and wonderful beaches of the surrounding area.

I love places with a sea view from above. I loved this place. Especially the room on the ground floor... From where I could admire the magical sunrise every morning! Antonella was very welcoming and always responsive! The only flaw is not being able to access the sea directly from there. It would be fabulous if they could find a way to do it. The place is suitable for those who love tranquility, the wind and the sound of the sea! ❤️

Very nice, clean, well-equipped apartment with a mega-large garden area. Very nice hosts who welcomed and said goodbye to us with gifts, Giuseppe was always available & everything worked out fine. We'll be back!
