The Suite is attached to the main part of the house with pvt entrance/pvt bath. Separated and secured by two locked doors. Private parking with keyless entry. No shared spaces. Entire Guest Suite with private entrance and bath. Outdoor patio area to relax and take in the amazing red rock views. I am available via text or phone call anytime. Or in person. This secluded, 1-acre of private property is nestled in the upscale neighborhood of the Village of Oak Creek, located nearby are over 135 Sedona hiking and biking trails. Just minutes away from Uptown Sedona, this quiet community offers quaint coffee shops and fine dining to casual eateries. The Suite is located to several famous landmarks such as Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Courthouse Butte, Little Horse trail. Many other "must sees". All within minutes from here by your car as public transportation is limited. No drugs or weapons. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. No smoking allowed on property or in Suite. No pornorgraphic, racist or sexually explicit use of Host's personal wifi will be permitted. Suite Mimosa is a charming and cozy private Suite nestled in an upscale neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek, secluded on this beautiful 1 acre of private property you will have access to over 135 hiking and biking trails unique to the area, a community offering quaint coffee shops and fine dining to casual eateries, only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona.
