The cozily furnished Lakeview family apartment offers more than enough space for four people with a dog and a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach, through which the holiday immediately begins and begins the relaxation directly. The location is excellent - whether for skiing, hiking or other numerous outdoor activities. In addition, Josef is an extremely helpful landlord, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in the family apartment or one of the other Lakeview apartments.

It is a spacious apartment, especially the kitchen and bedrooms. In the kitchen, everything is really present. The balcony of this apartment is narrow and old compared to the large outdoor space of the other 2 apartments. In the garden is a picnic sofa. Sometimes sound from the neighbors can be heard, but otherwise not very disturbing. Photos match the reality. Beautiful mountain views. Extremely friendly host who has given fun tips for nearby attractions. Within a 2-minute walk there was a swimming pool that the children enjoyed. It is good that fiber will be available soon 😉

Wow !!! What an apartment, it was just beautiful. Spacious , modern and had all the amenities you could ask for . The balcony was spacious and the view from it was out of this world . Looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains.

We (3 adults, 3 kids) had a great 5 days at the Villa Muller. Some things to know: - our review is for the owner, Alexander Muller, and not Holidu, the service listed as the owner on AirbNb. Herr Muller is a great host, very responsive and friendly and extemely helpful. - there are two apartments in the building, each occupying one floor: Rotfuchs on the first floor, Turmfalke on the second floor. The owners live on the bottom floor. We were in Turmfalke, so two flights of stairs. - the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two bathrooms, each with shower, and a separate toilet (without a sink). - the lake is around 200 meters walk from the house, there's a cabin with with ice cream and drinks to purchase and fishing and boating gear. There is a rowboat, small sailboat, kayak and several paddleboards available to use. They also have bicycles, helmets and walking sticks and backpacks that can be used free of charge. The kids spent all their time at the lake!

Michael's accommodation convinces with great amenities and two separate bedrooms. Communication with Michael was easy and good at all times. You could improve: - Offer seating in the fresh air - Roller shutters or larger curtains The area is great and Michael has created something beautiful. We recommend you with the warmest recommendations.

The house is in a beautiful location with a great view. Close enough to everything on the lake. The house itself is immaculately presented and has everything you could need. The price was fair for a week in the height of summer and the house can comfortably fit 6 people. We loved this house.

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

Was clean & tidy, Hosts checked emails & texts frequently and gave tips about things to do in the area including which airport to fly to / from. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer

The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. A really great Villa in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Velden! The garden is kept very well and all rooms are very clean. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying around Lake Worthersee!

very nice and comfortable house, equipped with everything you need, spacious and very clean. the outdoor space is very usable and illuminated even for the evening and the kids had a great time playing in the large garden. ideal location to reach the various points of interest.

We had a great and relaxing time at Michael's apartment! This was totally quiet, comfortably furnished and perfectly equipped, there was really nothing missing! And the beds are super comfortable! The location was also perfect for us and a great starting point for great excursions 😊😊😊 (lido and circular trail Presseggersee, lido Weißensee, Hermagor, Villach, Villacher Alpenstraße, Feistritzer Alm, toboggan run Nassfeld, waterfall Radnig, Gasthof zum Feierabend). Communication with Michael was very, very friendly and accommodating. He gave us some tips and inquired in between if everything was okay. If we are in the area again, we would always book this apartment!

There were four of us for a week. The apartment is a real dream and left nothing to be desired. Extremely high-quality and new furnishings, a fantastic roof terrace, spacious and bright-friendly design made us feel right at home. The location is great, located in the middle of the city directly on the Drava and in the old town. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, fully equipped and prepared for every conceivable possibility. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Villach, this is the place to be. We can recommend this place without reservation.

Jeanette's place in Velden is a true gem, great location, fully equipped, clean, everything is near, everything is walkable, just as we wanted. The big balcony was a lovely extra we enjoyed a lot. Loved the city, for sure we will be back, hopefully in this apartment next time too.

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. Anyway, thanks for everything and see you soon.
