Cozy vacation on a proper farm

Our guest room has a balcony and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Especially families with children, we are very welcome. Toddler until 3 years old sleep free in the parents room, older children on request and extra charge with in the parents room or in the 2nd guest room. In the large fenced garden, there is a lot to discover in addition to sandbox, playhouse or trampoline. Our ponies are looking forward to small riders. Childcare is possible if necessary.

You rent our guest room in the historic estate - the 800-year-old Edlingerhof invites you to linger. A large leisure offer in Oberkärnten is at the front door (skiing at the local mountain Goldeck, hiking in the Nockbergen, swimming in Lake Millstättersee, cycling on the Drauradweg). You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The sun room of our breakfast room has a great terrace with lake view. In high season, the grocery stores are also open on Sundays. Various restaurants and many attractive offers such as climbing, mini golf, water skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. are nearby. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

The modern building complex is situated near serene greenery, with a pathway leading toward the entrance. Large windows reflect the natural surroundings, and the backdrop features gentle hills and blue skies. Two decorative signs flank the entrance, offering information about the hotel.

Cozy room with a view & breakfast

Welcome to our beautiful room on the second floor of our house. We are a retired couple and our children no longer live here. From here you have a great view of Slovenia and Italy – and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy sunrises or a coffee. There is room for up to three people: two in bed, 1 person on the sofa. All around there is a lot of nature and even a playground for children. Local breakfast included.
