The view and location are worth everything... 7th floor (with an elevator) very convenient location, on the San Benedetto seafront, beach in front of the house, both equipped lidos and beach... walking along the seafront to the center will take about twenty minutes/5 minutes by car. The highlight is undoubtedly the spectacular view and the livable terrace where you can dine quietly in 4. The living area is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. During our stay we used the sofa bed and despite this the living area was still comfortable. The only downside, if we can call it that, is that it does not have an internal parking lot, that is, there is the condominium parking lot, but from 06/15 to 09/15 it becomes a parking lot for the condominium's bicycles and therefore there is a ban on cars. There are paid and free parking lots nearby. We were there now in June and apart from Sunday when we arrived and there were a lot of people, the other days we found a place in the free ones.

We are very positively surprised it was just everything super the kitchen, living room just everything was clean and you didn't need anything else the price was also good and the sea was very close and again a lot of praise to the owners. Maybe we'll come again 😉

Everything went great. Marco was very kind and always available. In front of a pharmacy and a grocery store. Under an aesthetic center and a bar open for more than 30 years. The owner with her daughter is very kind and friendly. Beach about 15 min walk or 2 min by car. Shopping mall just minutes away. Large beautiful garden. Absolutely positive experience.
