Apartment vacation rentals in Villa Rosa

The apartment is small like described but very clean and functional. I was surprised that it’s located inside a doctors place but that didn’t bother me at all :) there’s a bus running to the central station but it’s far from the beach. However I would recommend the apartment!

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Aurora is a precise host with remarkable attention to detail. He is an extremely helpful person and knows how to make you feel at home. The house is equipped with every comfort to ensure a quiet stay a stone's throw from the sea. It was a pleasure to stay with you and I will definitely contact you again if I return to the area

I can't say enough good things about our holiday, our family of 5, were so well catered for by Kristy and James. The apartment was perfect and the pool was a hit with the kids. the garden was very peaceful with beautiful view of the hills and valley. We received lots of helpful tips and suggestions which made our stay very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. Really nice place and people

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was no problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!

I repeat that Carlo is a very friendly and helpful person, making sure that everything is okay. The apartment is comfortable, the bathroom has a beautiful shower. Top radiators👌👌

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

The apartment is just a few steps away from a quiet beach. I was here for the second time and would come back again and again! Highly recommended!

The view and location are worth everything... 7th floor (with an elevator) very convenient location, on the San Benedetto seafront, beach in front of the house, both equipped lidos and beach... walking along the seafront to the center will take about twenty minutes/5 minutes by car. The highlight is undoubtedly the spectacular view and the livable terrace where you can dine quietly in 4. The living area is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. During our stay we used the sofa bed and despite this the living area was still comfortable. The only downside, if we can call it that, is that it does not have an internal parking lot, that is, there is the condominium parking lot, but from 06/15 to 09/15 it becomes a parking lot for the condominium's bicycles and therefore there is a ban on cars. There are paid and free parking lots nearby. We were there now in June and apart from Sunday when we arrived and there were a lot of people, the other days we found a place in the free ones.

The host Barbara was always available, kind and very professional during the booking phases and in response to the various clarifications we asked for. Met at checkout, we really appreciated the humanity and kindness she showed us. A really nice person.

We had a great time, the house is cozy and comfortable and equipped with everything you need, bright and airy, adequate space for everyone, we felt "at home" and fully enjoyed the beautiful vacation

Carla was very kind and helpful. The place was also perfect for parking by the sea you can walk and there are several free beaches. We had a great time. Everything was very pleasant and relaxing.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

The apartment is a few meters from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have more luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything is perfect!

Beautiful property, everything faithfully corresponding to the photos and description of the listing. It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Amelia and her partner are excellent hosts, always available for any need and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the spacious and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the hot tub, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploring. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!

We stayed in the accommodation located in Teramo outside the historic center, but close to the highway exit. Really easy to get to. In addition, the house is renovated inside, very spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We had a great time!

You can tell right away that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment itself is a small luxury paradise. Everything is high-quality, tastefully furnished and equipped with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the hot tub – simply fantastic to relax after a long day and end the evening. Another highlight was the modern smart home system. Everything can be controlled via a central tablet – from lighting to music – totally intuitive and comfortable. We had a lot of fun and felt like we were in a small high-tech hotel.
