Vacation rentals with a patio in Villa Mella, Santo Domingo Norte

It's a lovely place, walking was very easy and close to explore the colonial area, even at night, it has everything mentioned in the publication and as an extra detail he left us some bottles of water in the refrigerator and coffee sachets, very rich by the way, the people are very friendly, in front of the accommodation they sell tasty barbecue, served by Eduard, (chaplain chef) a very friendly gentleman, in case you return to the accommodation late and hungry🤭, In general everything was very good, thank you very much to the host. I would definitely come back.

My stay was totally worth it, it's not a waste, every space is beautiful, my only recommendation would be to change the curtains for black out ones, because a lot of light comes in there and above all you can see from the outside, but after that everything is perfect, I would come back 100 times

One of the best Airbnb I honestly stayed at. Jeffrey as a hostess for Airbnb surpass all expectations when it comes to communication. Apt is beautiful and i truly enjoyed staying here. Very fast with responding and will do anything to help you. 10/10 recommend. Won’t have no regret.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Nathanael was a great hostal, always responsive from before I made the reservation. For some reason the AirBnB app wasn't letting me pay with my credit card he was helpful and walked me through the process of contacting costumer support and held the reservation for ke and my family until the issue was resolved with the Airbnb customer service. Nathanels apartment was very clean, with a nice view of the city from all bedrooms. the place it's only 20 minutes away from the SDQ airport. the building has its own convenience store with delivery and the pool and kids play yard were really clean. Definitely will stay again. thank you for such good treatment.

This is a great place to stay in Santo Domingo. I went there with my 2 daughters and they loved the rooftop pool. The pool is small but very comfortable. It is a safe área with security and a very clean apartment. They have hot water and air conditioning . All in all a great place to stay
