Apartment vacation rentals in Villa Mella, Santo Domingo Norte

Apel 7 has been one of my favorite towers in the DR, but being in this apartment put it on my favorites list. A 10 out of 10.

Excellent place, with everything you need and in excellent condition

I don't have much to say, the place says it all and Luis is an excellent host.

The staff would and can help you in any way and you can contact Jenifer with any issues that you may have. When I come back to Santo Domingo, I will be back here for sure!

Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant across street as well as several others nearby. It's next to a dry cleaner and laundry store. There are several corner stores near by. It's also about an 8 min walk to the main zonal colonial area. You can see the beach from your front door or go up to the jacuzzi area for an even better relaxing view. The place was super clean. I especially liked the lights in the bedroom. The host was super responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will be staying here again!

A gorgeous apartment in a very nice luxury building. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. A bottle of sparkling wine and champagne flutes was left waiting for my arrival, and the apartment was very luxurious. A small toiletries set was left for my use in the bathroom. Truly a fantastic experience, the only improvement I could recommend would be to leave a binder with local recommendations for activities, restaurants, and bars.

It's a lovely place, walking was very easy and close to explore the colonial area, even at night, it has everything mentioned in the publication and as an extra detail he left us some bottles of water in the refrigerator and coffee sachets, very rich by the way, the people are very friendly, in front of the accommodation they sell tasty barbecue, served by Eduard, (chaplain chef) a very friendly gentleman, in case you return to the accommodation late and hungry🤭, In general everything was very good, thank you very much to the host. I would definitely come back.

Very nice property, everything was perfect.

It was a very nice, beautiful and cozy place. Communication with the host was spectacular, she was very friendly and always attentive to us. There are many places to visit near the place, it is a matter of looking for the options of what you want to do and being surprised.

We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. He was so nice, friendly and helpful. He picked us up at the airport and we felt very safe inside the gated apartment complex. The apartment was perfect. Would definitely stay there again 🤝

My stay was totally worth it, it's not a waste, every space is beautiful, my only recommendation would be to change the curtains for black out ones, because a lot of light comes in there and above all you can see from the outside, but after that everything is perfect, I would come back 100 times

This is my go to place location good restaurant around and beach 30 min away very comfortable place to stay with everything you need for a great vacation and anything else you need to take care of in the Dominican Republic. 100 percent recommended don’t look else where this place is booked most of the time so good luck and enjoy your Stay. I loved everything about this place and I wish I could’ve stayed. Everything was spotless, the view is amazing and in a safe neighborhood and quiet neighborhood. Everything matches the pictures, the host is very responsive and I would definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.
