Great place to stay. Had no issues. Very clean. And beautiful community.

I would definitely recommend the apartment. I give it a 100 out of 10. It exceeded our expectations even though the weather was not very pleasant to use the jacuzzi and the pool, but still the service was excellent. Emilio is a super attentive person, who I know cares about the comfort of the people who rent his apartment. At all times he answered any questions quickly, and gave us solutions to the small things that came up unexpectedly. The apartment is too comfortable, I would say, with everything necessary to have a very pleasant time. We definitely recommend it and would go back.

Excellent host, really a very nice apartment and the subdivision is very quiet, it has many amenities and the view is very nice. We went to a gastronomic event, but the restaurant in the subdivision is highly recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We had a great time and you are invited to come back many times.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities, a close walk to several good restaurants. Secure and private with parking very close. The hostess Esperanza was extremely helpful and hospitable. Would 100% return to this wonderful home.

The view is absolutely amazing. The location is very quiet and very safe with a good security staff. Absolutely no steps or stairs, which was great.

Really a great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely be back if I have the chance, you feel right at home because of the comfort, amenities and of course the cleanliness. A condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to go to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc. less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

The apartment is super nice, in a very quiet residential development and very close to the downtown area of SMA.

It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sunrise view . We loved the space . Great space to cook meals . Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans . The bed linen was nice enough . Comfortable bed . ACs in all places was a plus . Only issue is that there is no one to communicate after 8 pm . If you have a query , no one responds . Overall beautiful space . First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

The house is very nice with open spaces decorated with very good taste, clean and impeccable; the very cozy bedrooms, the kitchen and the social areas we really liked the Garden is very spacious. Mariana was attentive to our needs the whole time. We recommended delicious food that came straight home and massage service. We would definitely rent this house again.

We enjoyed our condo and all the amenities this place has to offer. We recommend it to all who want to enjoy San Miguel de Allende and feel like part of a neighborhood. Although there’s shuttle service, we enjoyed walking down to Centro and back on cobblestones streets. As for the home, the beds and showers were great. Decorations of this new home were lovely. Also want to point out how the porch and nearby creek with lots of birds was wonderful and certainly made my morning and evening. The swimming pool and workout area are wonderful added amenities at the clubhouse. Thanks again for the hospitality!
