Highly recommended… place was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and pleasant. Love the fact they had parking, and everything was walking distance to el centro.

Very nice place and it has an excellent location however the jacuzzi when it was filled a lot of hairs came out from there out the place is excellent

This is in a remote area from CDMX there is a close Pueblo called San Juan if you need to exchange currency

The place is spectacular, first-class facilities with an architecture that blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape. The service is unbeatable, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and all the staff were empathetic with the situation, they helped us and always sought our comfort. Congratulations!

We enjoyed the stay very much - the hotel was very nice and we especially liked the jacuzzi room. The staff were very nice and helpful and moved us to a different rom when my husband requested to be further away from the noisy street. Very accommodating and friendly!

Everything was amazing, a spacious room, the bathroom was super clean and in very good condition, the common areas were very nice and green, perfect for relaxing a little. The only point to improve could be the ventilation, the window was very small, there was a fan on the ceiling, but at times it felt a little "stuffy". We liked the area, a little far from downtown and the noise, however, you could walk everywhere, perfect balance.

Excelente location , beautiful view.The place looks better in person . Very clean and elegant. The room felt very private, I didn’t hear any noise from other guest . Everything is walking distance restaurants, pharmacies, shops and more . Felt very safe walking around even at night . Cosme was very responsive and very helpful. I called him almost every day and he helped me right away as I was having some health problems. He was so kind and helpful. Definitely worth the money . I recommend this place 100%. The lady at the natural store next door is very nice , she went above and beyond to help me find the stores I was looking for. She even called a local restaurant to come take my order to have it delivered. My main concern was safety and I felt very very safe any time of the day .

Very central place to stay, you can walk around the center. The hostess is very friendly and helpful to the guests' needs. It's a GREAT CHOICE for a short trip. To consider, I arrived at night and everything is very dark, it has lights that are activated with movement but they don't last long and don't illuminate the whole place. The next day when I went out in the morning, I realized that it is a VERY NICE place! One VERY GOOD thing is the enclosed PARKING included, although it is also dark at night and it is difficult to find. However, it is still a good option at a good price for a short stay! Highly recommended!
