The house is very spacious, very affordable for what it offers in terms of space and amenities. As shown in the pictures, if you visit this house you will have a very nice time with your family.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

The house is amazing, we had a great time, the pool is warm and you can enjoy it in the evening as well as many other areas, we played pool and we were talking in its amenities, undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we have visited, super recommended!!!!

Awesome place, we enjoyed literally everything about our stay. The location is amazing, lots of nice restaurants around, City Market (Whole Foods level grocery) right around the corner, quiet residential neighborhood. The house is hidden from the road there was no noise. Inside is super cute and sparkling clean. Linens, towels, all new, the house is packed with everything one might need. Hotel-style bedroom with king bed firm mattress and a choice of pillows. Ice-cold AC w/o restrictions. We even got welcome drinks and some food left by the host which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, Nely met us and shared all local information. The only small issue is the parking, if you are driving a large SUV it may be hard to enter and get out of the yard. Thanks Eric, your place is definitely recommended!

Very warm welcome from Don Mario and Mrs. Martha A beautiful and quiet place, surrounded by nature and a beautiful view of the terrace. I went to the city for work but felt like I was on vacation at a luxury resort.

Excellent host, really a very nice apartment and the subdivision is very quiet, it has many amenities and the view is very nice. We went to a gastronomic event, but the restaurant in the subdivision is highly recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We had a great time and you are invited to come back many times.

It was a very nice place to stay. The location is good, it's clean, and there's a parking lot, so it's nice. I recommend it.

Everything was excellent, the only detail was the Parking. I couldn't park it outside the apartment. I had to take it to a boarding house. Everything else was very good

A quiet and practical place to get around anywhere in the city, excellent hospitality and facilities, nearby food shops and convenience stores, comfort in every part of the place, an option to repeat if you return to the city

This classy, well-kept, and well-located place is wonderfully accessible to the Cathedral, the main plaza, and other key place places at the city center. As a poet and novelist, I loved the fact that the upscale apartments were named after major Mexican literary figures, such as Nobel Laureate Octavio Paz: respect for writers! I was grateful for, among other things, the sumptuous king-sized bed, the elegant rooftop terraces, the bedroom balcony, and the responsive and friendly hosts.

Excellent service from before booking, answering questions, and also during and after the stay, the place is very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities, highly recommended

My family and I were surprised by such a wonderful place, full of life, things to do. The place and the treatment of both the host and the person who receives you (Mrs. Blanca) are simply SPECTACULAR!! I couldn't be more satisfied with my stay. From the EXCELLENT service with the host who prepared a wonderful and warm campfire. The host was always attentive to our needs at all times. Also the warm welcome from the white lady, who was wonderful, she made sure that we lacked nothing. Definitely a beautiful, extraordinary and kind person! The place is magical and wonderful, ideal for connecting with your loved ones and with nature, a place of great PEACE, which leads you to disconnect from all your worries and live UNFORGETTABLE moments with your loved ones. The house had everything! We needed nothing. The rooms were extremely clean. And the beds are very comfortable. 100% recommended

Great place to stay. Lovely view and the host was attentive. The only caveat is transportation from the Air Bnb might be challenging if you do not have your own transportation.

Great place. We loved the cabin and its surroundings. There were many animals such as deer, ponies, llamas, etc. The whole place was very quiet and beautiful. The only thing is that we wanted to use the campfire service but the people in charge don't light it or give you something to light it. We suggest that this be included, as most people do not know how to light a fire or do not carry the utensils to do so.

The girl who received us was super attentive and the house was very clean, everything was very nice and in the center there are several things to do, night walks, suspension bridges, mines, waterfalls

Excellent option !!!! .... very presentable accommodation, with all the amenities you need. Located in a wooded area, very close to downtown San Joaquin, a good option to relax and meet nature. Very good service from the host. I recommend it 100% .... I'll be back !!!
