One of the most comfortable and quiet homes, without a doubt. Ideal for practical people, who carry just the right amount, very comfortable, cool and although I went on rainy days 24/7 I was not cold because the space has air conditioning and in case you have any doubts, no, no noise with the rain, it is very well adapted. I would just add a night lamp inside and a mat to wipe your feet from the rain and it would be perfect!

We were in a great location and considering it was right downtown it was relatively quiet. The kitchen is small and there isn’t much space to set up the folding table and chairs, but if you don’t plan to cook very much this is an ideal place.

A good place, I went to the operation of my eyes and it is very close, 10 min by car. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is appreciated.

I loved my stay in this apartment! Everything was perfect from the beginning to end. The place is better than the photos: spacious, functional, comfortable and with an amazing terrace. I spent hours there, doing Yoga, drinking coffee in the mornings, working, and relaxing. It's definitely the heart of the place! The equipment is first class: super complete kitchen, a large dining room, desk and an ideal space to work. I especially appreciate the platforms for yoga and exercise. I felt right at home. Despite being close to main avenues, the house is very quiet and peaceful — you sleep very well. The mattress and pillows are also of excellent quality. David was an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help with everything we needed. From the first message, he was attentive and explained every detail to us to make our stay easy and comfortable. Communication was excellent!

It was a very nice and private place, you can put your car in the house and shelter it, it had everything you needed, We forgot a cell phone battery and he informed us, even looking for a way to compensate. The place is amazing, the cleanliness of the whole place is impeccable and the use of amenities is a big plus, unfortunately the jacuzzi was under repair but that was beyond the control of our host. The place is comfortable, practical, and has everything for a pleasant stay.

The place was great and in the perfect location. Axel was very responsive from before booking and throughout the stay, he was even kind enough to come over and relight the water heater for me. I'd definitely stay again.

Mafer's apartment is as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and stylish, well equipped with everything for cooking. The part of its terrace is a plus with the Jacuzzi and terrace. It should be noted that Mafer was super friendly and cordial with an issue we had with dates! Thank you for everything! I'm sure it'll be my first choice when I return to San Miguel :)

I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful little unit with a wonderful patio and rooftop. The place had a lot of lovely unique details. Amazing views. Great for a solo traveler or couple. The location beautiful and quiet and for me was fairly walkable to most things of interest (and I’m not a fitness enthusiast). I would recommend and stay again.

Very nice subdivision, easy access. Very nice amenities and close to downtown and places nearby to walk and eat.

Yulia's place is modern clean and exceptionally taken care of by Carmen her house manager. As good or better than pictures. Very walkable to the plaza or park or City Market. 2 dollar ride to most places in city , abot 5 to farthest place you would go . Very clean and safe city lots to do. Is in a private enclave of 8 units very safe. Yulia is easy to reach. Enjoy
