Comfortable studio-type room. With a separate entrance and bathroom. Equipped with smart TV, cable, internet, microwave, coffee maker, bar, ceiling fan and cold air conditioning. Nearby you will find a shopping mall, with cinemas, several restaurants, market, boutiques, a bit of everything. Shared washer and dryer. Keep in mind that the washer and dryer are available for reservations of more than five days.

Beautiful spacious and cozy house, very clean. Just 10-15 minutes from downtown and the Ensenada pier. 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, all upstairs. Living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and half bathroom are downstairs. Space for 10 people, fully private patio/garden with pergola, half bathroom and barbecue area. You can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in a beautiful kitchen with all the necessary accessories and utensils to prepare food.

Within walking distance to clubs , 10 minutes from el sauzal and 20 from valle de Guadalupe . The house is within walking distance to resteraunts , coffee shops and casino . You won’t believe how big the property is till you see it. Have transportation if needed ask me for info .
