Tiny home all inclusive, bedroom over the bathroom, living room has a sofa bed too , small dinning table, kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and complementary coffee. Hot water, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country.

Please note that the garage, greenhouse, storage rooms, and the master bedroom dressing room are restricted areas. No parties or events. Vehicles can be parked in the property's courtyard. You can literally admire the ocean from every spot in the apartment.
