The apartment (80 sqm) has a double front and back access to the Mediterranean garden and the historic garden, and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view that extends to the Adriatic Sea. The ground floor has a large living room with a kitchen and dining area. On the upper floor are two bedrooms: a double bedroom that can be divided, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms in travertine marble, one with a Jacuzzi and shower, and the other, smaller one, with a shower.
