We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

Cynthia was helpful at all times, recommended places to visit, made our check-in more flexible and we were able to negotiate the check-out to leave later. The house comfortably accommodated 7 people, it is possible to walk to the market and also to Itaparica beach. In addition, Vila Velha's sights, such as the lighthouse and the convent, are easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your stay, the bed linen and towels are good and the living room is very spacious. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

Wonderful house, super comfortable sofas, Internet great kitchen and no defect gourmet area some perfect home. The place where the house is located has some somewhat undervalued houses, but we had no trouble with anyone in the house.

My family and I were comfortably hosted at the house. There were 12 of us and everyone liked it very much! The place is very quiet, the beach is very good and close (we walked) and the house is very clean and organized. Isis always responded very quickly and offered much more than we asked for! I recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet stay to rest.

The place is dazzling and paradisiacal Everything was impeccably clean, with rooms, comfortable and welcoming. The bathrooms exuded a delicious perfume, and the fully equipped kitchen perfectly met all our needs. The location is privileged, with a stunning beach just ahead. The sea breeze constantly blows, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The balcony is an invitation to rest, the pool deck is a charm apart, and the gourmet area is perfect for moments of leisure and fraternization. The beach has excellent kiosks on the left side, ideal for those looking for waterfront comfort. The right side offers a smoother experience, with no kiosks, for those who prefer total quiet. We were especially touched with the affectionate details in the housekeeping. The rooms were air-conditioned and ready to welcome us in comfort, and the pool, extremely clean, was already waiting for us for the first dive.

We love the venue and the host. Extremely polite and helpful village council. We were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely return at another time!

Our stay was very pleasant! The location near the third bridge made it easy to access restaurants and bakeries, as well as tourist attractions, which are just a 15-minute drive away. The room was clean, with new furniture, and the bathroom was spacious and well sanitized. The presence of items such as a microwave and minibar has made the accommodation even more functional. The breakfast offered was excellent, and Mr. Marco's reception was warm and very friendly, providing a welcoming experience. The only issue that could be improved is the shared garage, which can cause a little discomfort, but that did not compromise the quality of the accommodation. Overall, we recommend this option for those seeking comfort, good location and attentive service.
