It was a good stay, it is very well located and the hosts were always available to answer our questions. Very clean and tidy apartment. It's two blocks from the beach, you can walk.

Extremely cozy location. Thoughtful and polite hosts. Location very similar to the photos. I went with my family (relatives, nannies and children) all loved the pool, the garden with fruit on the tree, pool table and other amenities. The house was clean and organized, despite some insects that I think are normal given the large garden and open space. The rooms were spacious and with several mattresses for large groups. As a suggestion for improvement, I would only indicate the improvement of the mattresses and pillows as well as the water pressure of the showers (at least in the main room). I believe this would make the place even cooler to visit. At least my wife and I highly value such items in our stays. In summary, the location is great and recommended for groups and events.

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

The house was rented to two employees of the company, they really liked the house, clean exactly as advertised, met expectations with great cost-benefit! Host always quick and efficient in responses and everything was properly as contracted. The location was a great strong point because the employees went to a construction site and it was very close! The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless. The site is modern, well equipped, comfortable, with good ventilation. The outside area is very nice, with a swimming pool and a covered area to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pituã and Itatiaia Islands. Our host always served us promptly with kindness and sympathy. There is everything close in terms of leisure, food and commerce. We found the property very clean and welcoming.
