Luis was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He left a lot of information regarding activities and local restaurants. He deserves top marks as a host. The apartment is lovely. It has lots of space, great lighting and absolutely everything you will need for a great stay. The off road parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would return in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We were welcomed in person, and there were some treats to enjoy, which was very thoughtful. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location was great, and we were easily able to walk around town. We also had an easy time finding parking on the street behind the apartment. Miguel and Pedro were lovely hosts. They were communicative and always quick to respond. We would recommend this apartment and will stay here again if we visit again.

Beautiful view from downstairs bedroom. Enjoyed waking up to sound waves and birds. Kitchen was spotless and equipped for basic cooking. Baths also spotless. Hot tub was enjoyable. Host met us upon arrival and gave us lots of tips on what to see and where to eat. Checked on us everyday and they even clean apartment every 3 days and restocked towels and toilet paper. This is an in credible host with a great attention to detail and extremely responsive and helpful. Parking on the street was always available and we felt safe in the area. Don't pass this one up. It was perfect!!

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

We had an amazing stay with Lúcia. The apartment was tastefully decorated and modern. It had everything we needed and even had air conditioning. It is just around the corner from the beach. We really felt like home. Lúcia‘s mother stopped by one evening to bring us some home cooked milk rice which was very nice and tasty. We would stay there again.

Sara’s house was a great place to stay while visiting Sao Miguel. The house was clean, well stocked, private, peaceful, and situated above the town of Maia with beautiful views down the coastline and great sunsets! Our kids loved the pool which was great to return to after doing day trips. The beds were comfy which was a plus after lots of adventuring. It was within easy driving distance of many of the key sights. Sara is a great communicator, provides lots of helpful info, and responsive to any questions. We would recommend this place to anyone while visiting the Azores!

This place is amazing! We enjoyed the apartment for two weeks as our home base to explore Sao Miguel. With its location in Lagoa it is the perfect getaway from the business of Ponta Delgada but still close enough to go on early whale watching tours.. or to any direction on the island. The kitchen is very well setup - we could prepare meals on multiple days but also enjoyed the walks to the nearby restaurants.. With breakfast and dinner on the roof top terrace this place is a unique find and we will be happy to stay again! Thank you for making such a place a reality!

We had a lovely stay - very comfortable home in a cute residential neighbourhood. There was some noise from the nearby bar and church bells, so bring earplugs for night if you are sensitive to noise

A Gorgeous Villa with a Touch of Magic We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is not only beautiful but has a special touch of magic that made our time there unforgettable. Perfectly located and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could need, it exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home and will definitely return if we’re ever back in the area. We had a fantastic stay at Tara & Edmundo’s place - the house was incredibly cosy, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. A highlight was definitely enjoying our breakfast in the garden which overlooks the ocean. Tara was incredibly easy to communicate with and always replied quickly to any questions we had. She provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival, which made check-in a quick and easy process. A real treasure of a place that made our amazing trip to the Azores even better.

The amenities are great, there is really everything you need to feel at home. The modern decor also contributes to the pleasant ambiance. What a beautiful home!! It is in a great location, with a gorgeous view of the coastline from the spacious deck and from inside the home. Everything was provided, we did not need to contact Fatima for anything during our stay. She let us enter the unit before check-in when we arrived earlier than expected. The place is very clean and well kept, you can tell that she takes pride in her home. She left a goodie basket of local food items on the counter which was delicious and very much appreciated! If you plan on staying in Sao Miguel, I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment fully matches its description. There are three proper bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two identical single beds. Additionally, there’s a bunk bed in the living room. The balcony is very beautiful, and there’s a parking space in a gated area, which is very convenient. The only thing to note is that the entrance to the parking is quite narrow, but we had a fairly large car and still managed fine. The hosts were very pleasant, responsive, and always quick to reply. The apartment was clean, and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this place for any type of guest.

Spacious apartmant with everything you might need. Place was very clean. Location was perfect, quiet town, centrally located. Having a dryer was a godsend because the island is very humid and it would take forever to dry clothes otherwise (we stayed with a child so we used washer/dryer a lot). Private parking space in front. Check in was smooth. Only thing, the blinds for the windows should be better, all the light came in the rooms despite of them (late sunset, lights from the street...).

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! We felt welcome from the beginning and the house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was a small situation during our stay, nothing related to the house or the hosts, but they were still super quick and attentive to help, which we greatly appreciate. The location is also quite good: we could easily walk to what we needed. You have to walk a little, but it's good for you. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!
