The property overlooks the sea and is within walking distance of natural pools. The 4 km are two of the most beautiful beaches of the Island (Populo and Milicias). Our place has great views, is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love this house because of the ocean view and the sound of the ocean. Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

Guest House: My space is at the top of the property, with access by ramp or stairs (with 38 steps), close to Baixa d'Areia beach, Caloura port with a natural swimming pool, where you can bathe in the summer, a supervised area with a lifeguard, Bar da Caloura where you can enjoy good fish meals, there is also a Cultural Center in Caloura. You'll love my place because of the superb view of the sea, its location in the center of the island, and the gardens in the outdoor area.

Recovered house (old winery), integrated into a 5,000 m2 farm, with a wide variety of citrus and other crops. Great garden, overlooking the sea and the mountains. It has a very spacious social area, ideal for families and groups of friends, where there is a pool table. Very close to several beaches and the center of Vila Franca do Campo. There are several trails starting near the house. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, with easy access to Ponta Delgada.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The rental includes a cleaning service with replacement of bed linen and bath towels twice a week.

Five minute walk to beaches, boats to the island, whale watching, food market, restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream stand. once in a while is not quiet you are 25 feet away from a fishing dock fisherman‘s are in and out smells of fish on the air to be honest with you if you want a peace and quiet place and quiet sleep this is (not) the area and also airport is 19 miles (30k) away from property.
