Vacation rentals with a patio in Vila Franca do Campo

The accommodation was impeccably clean and in a comfortable and cozy decoration. The welcome basket with regional products was a very thoughtful gesture by hosts. The house has excellent soundproofing, which provides a peaceful rest. It is very well equipped, with plenty of utensils available. I highly recommend this site and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity.

The flat is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. Well-equipped kitchen, brand-new furniture, extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds. A nice seafood restaurant steps away from the back entrance of the building. Overall an excellent stay. We’ll certainly be back!

Amazing two-bedroom apartment with huge patio, living room, great kitchen with coffee Nepresso machine. Good local amenities (jams, local pastries, biscuits) Great area just 5 min drive from Ponta Delgada downtown, 2min walk from a great beach with amazing waves for surfing. Fatima was a great host, attentive and helpful.

Quiet and private stay in a great location. Centrally located on the island, this spot is the perfect starting point for any daily adventure. The unit sits above the owner’s private residence, but Bruno fully respected our privacy - we only saw him once during our stay, and that was when he kindly brought us a bowl of fresh strawberries. If you’re looking to relax away from the busy city and enjoy peace and quiet with easy access to both the east and west sides of the island, don’t hesitate to book this place. The house is well located, close to supermarkets and any point on the island. We traveled with a baby and everything was adequate, they provided a crib and highchair for him. It had a garden where we could enjoy ourselves. The area was quiet, although the lower part of the neighborhood is somewhat hostile. However, since we were going by car, it was not a problem. Also, something to note is that there is no microwave or gel. Everything else is highly recommended.

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Spotless, spectacular views, central on harbor, small grocery shop two doors down. This high rise property is a rarity in Ponta Delgada The apartment is lovely, with every convenience considered, from sewing kits to notepads tucked into bedside drawers, chargers, umbrellas, games, music, the list goes on. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of high quality cookware, plus cooking oil + basics like sugar + rice. Laundry works well. Parking included. Bruno is responsive and knowledgeable. He had great tips for the Azores. We did a family vacation with lots of hikes, surfing, hot springs etc. Would absolutely return.

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

Bruno is an outstanding host and provided many excellent restaurant and activity suggestions. He is very quick to respond -less than 5 minutes! - and graciously let us in early, before the regular check-in time. The Loft includes new contemporary furnishings, a full kitchen and rainfall shower - all immaculately kept. Bolo Levedo (much like an english muffin)and other snacks were left in a welcome basket, all of which we enjoyed. The property includes a pool, jacuzzi, and sunlit courtyard, great for relaxing after hiking all day. Taxi service into Ponta Delgada is easy and only a 5-10 minute drive. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a visit!

This house is in a great location for experiencing the town of Furnas. Furnas was in a good location to get around the island to see other spots too. We really appreciated the walkable location to nearby fruit shop, restaurants and the rest of town. The house has a nice size living space and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very responsive to any questions prior to and during our stay. The house comfortably fit our family of 7. We would definitely recommend this house.

I think places like this are among the very best that airbnb has to offer. You just can't imagine finding something so special, so wonderful at a hotel. The cottage (like all other properties of the host) is located in the formerly abandoned village of Sanguinho above Faial da terra, reachable only by 4DW (for check-in/checkout) or a 15-25min hike. Beyond the airbnb guests and hikers, the team tend to the fields, grow crops, bake bread, keep chickens and sell all of this and more at the village shop/bar in the common area with a beautiful view of the sea. It's an incredible place with very friendly hosts! The house itself is simple and rustic, but fully functional and very well cleaned. Although there are bugscreens, a house this old comes with insects, so keep your sweets in an ant-proof container and maybe bring some bug spray (a single mosquito devastated us). One thing: The Wi-Fi in the common area isn't strong enough for remote working, but your cellphone hotspot will work.

Convenient location to reach every part of the island, with essentials like bakery, convenience store and cafe at walking distance. Best part was coming back to the peaceful garden after a day of adventuring.

Aleksandra is an amazong host. she genuinely cares about jer guests ' experience. Before amd during the trip she was excellent woth providing quock replies/communication for recommendations, details about the osland/loacation, tour companies, etc. When we had a minor issue it was quickly resolved. Sparkling clean, charming, and truly a hone a way from hone. I enjoyed the garden immensely. She greets her guests in person with warm hospitality

This is an old, converted fisherman’s cottage (we think). It’s a beautiful place with access to sea swimming pools right out the back garden gate. Easy walking distance to Lagoa along a coastal path leading right to the most amazing set of sea swimming pools (plus proper pools). Local cafe/bar/restaurant right on the doorstep. Kitchen was great, bathrooms clean and showers lovely and warm and powerful. Living space upstairs was fab - cosy in the rain but also perfect with the terrace door open in the evening. We have two young adult girls and one of them wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the communal space next to the kitchen but we easily moved her bed into the small room so she could sleep next to her sister. The only downside was that it was difficult to get things dry when it rained. Everything stayed damp and ended up smelling musty. In the wet, humid conditions the cottage feels a little damp. Generally speaking though, this is a great place. Highly recommend.

Probably one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed in, the house was finished beautifully. The view from every window was magnificent. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting the island and want to explore the east of the island. Would stay here again

Fantastic views, updated interior and much more spacious than the photos make it seem. Kitchen is well stocked if you plan to shop and cook for yourself. Private parking with plenty of space for 2 cars. You are a bit out of the way when it comes to restaurants and groceries but we think it’s a great idea to have a rental car on the island anyway. Short drive to Sete Cidades.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara‘s apartment! The flat is very well equipped, in an ideal location and Sara did everything to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect Airbnb in so many ways - clean, lots of amenities, great location. We had 5 days here on Sao Miguel Island and Maria's condo was perfect. She left us snacks, wine and other little treats. Maria is incredibly generous and has great attention to detail. We highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had a most wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Ocean View 11. Before we committed to the reservation I could tell we had a lot in common with our hosts. We are an active, healthy athletic couple in our 70’s that love exploring, hiking, eating, conversing with locals and learning history. The unit is perfect and well described the way it is. I could always find parking within two blocks. The best rooms in the house are the awesome patio with oven view. We had all our breakfasts there. It’s quiet, spacious and modern. The malecón along the beach is awesome and great for a walk or run. I swam at the protected beach near it. The owners gave us an amazing list of recommended sites to visit and restaurants. Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. We went to almost all of the sites and then some. I highly recommend this stay and we personally intend to return more to explore the extreme eastern part os Sao Miguel as well and to visit the other islands Enjoy it

Very friendly host. We had a problem opening the door but he came right away. He left us souvenirs typical of Azores. Everything was very clean. The house was very cute and had everything. Great location.
