Small cottage/ guest house

Cozy little cottage in the countryside. There are horse pastures and the forest around the knot and with a 10-minute walk you are out on Biskops-Arnö. There are docks, swimming area, exercise loops, a 600 year old oak and much more! Bålsta can be reached by car in 15 minutes and Stockholm at 50. It is recommended to come by car. The cabin has a kitchen and sleeping loft. On the loft there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm mattress. The toilet and shower are in the same building, the shower is shared with us who live in the square (if we are home).

In the heart of the village of Brunnsta you will find this peaceful and quiet accommodation. Here you live rural but still close to surrounding cities like Stockholm and Uppsala and Arlanda airport. There are public transport by bus 1 km from the property and long-distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The accommodation is mainly for 2 people but 2 more people can sleep in the nearby cabin on the grounds. The property features party games and turntables with a variety of LPs.

The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

We had an awesome time in Sigtuna! We used the Captain’s Cabin as a base to visit Stockholm, Skansen, Uppsala, Marienfred and Skokloster. We used the available bikes which was great. We also used the garden, perfect for breakfast on a sunny day. The bed is a comfortable one, which is important of course. We had a great time! This Airbnb is highly recommended! The hosts are very friendly.

Nice house, very clean. A short walk will take you to the lake. For a convenient ride to Stockholm, Uppsala, and uppland for the runestones. It was a bit inconvenient that it was not allowed to smoke next to the cottage, but to the road (as instructed). The kitchen is completely up and coming
