Large kitchen with unique views. The accommodation has a large veranda on the living room side with comfortable outdoor furniture and one on the kitchen side. Awesome bathroom with a tub. Possibilities for borrowing bicycles. The accommodation is close to the ski slope and nice trip excursions. It only takes 30 minutes into Oslo by bus and train or 10 minutes to Sandvika city center.

The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with a view towards Sandefjord city center. A flight of stairs is needed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning in summer. Proximity to many swimming beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 mins by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

The guest suite is 28 sqm and is rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.
