Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

In the backyard is a large terrace with a gas grill and sun from noon to evening. Houses are located on an open natural plot, away from traffic and noise. Wood pellets are free. From 9/1-4/31, a maximum of DKK 3 per KWh. A maximum of DKK 150 per day is charged.

To Helsinge and 7 km. To Frederiksværk city. Easy to get to the house with public bus lines. Bicycles can be borrowed. Guests over 2 people cost 100 per person per day.
