New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Lovely holiday home with large living room and two good rooms (as well as spacious annex in case of more than 6 guests). The house is located on a quiet side road (so there is almost no traffic) in the lovely Ellinge Lyng just a few minutes walk from the Korevlarna, the beach and forest. There are plenty of options for hiking or taking a walk in the water. You are also very welcome to take a ride on bicycles that are available for free use. Or you can just relax in the garden or on the terrace on the large grounds.
