Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vieques

Our family stay was wonderful. We weren't at the house very much but there was LOTS of room for the 5 of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and roomy and great living, common and kitchen area. Very homey and great communication with our host. Was very close to everything we did and where we ate. Totally great stay!! Thank you for all your help!

We loved our stay on Vieques! The house was in the perfect location for sunsets and snorkeling just off of the private beach below. Lots of room for our family of 6. We appreciated having the 3 bathrooms and LOVED the outdoor shower. How tranquil to shower and stare at the ocean at the same time!We cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We were fortunate enough to have Josh just up the street to answer our questions and provide us with advice and history lessons about the island, food and tourist activities. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations and our trip worked out so much better! We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh!

We arrived in the Esperanza area of Vieques for a destination wedding. We picked Matt's place because it was central and within walking distance of most all other wedding guests. Matt's place did not disappoint. Of all other AirBnB's we say...I have to say ours was the best :) The home is around most all restaurants in the area and we rented an ATV during our stay that made getting from point a to point b to point c super easy! Matt is a super communicator and the home is exactly as described and even better. It was an amazing place to stay for an amazing event. THANK YOU Matt for all you did to make us feel at home.

First time in Vieques and couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. This penthouse apt has the most stunning view and is secluded yet central enough to get anywhere easily. Perfect spot to watch stars or see the weather change on the surrounding landscape throughout the day. Outdoor shower is also a treat. Would love to come back here again someday!

Sugar Paradise met our expectations. The house was spotless, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and the pool was the cherry on top to enjoy after a day exploring the island. Location is only 15 to 20 minutes from Esperanza and the port. We will definitely consider this place if we visit vieques again in the future.

This was a great stay for us. Plenty of room and a beautiful view. The house was comfortable and had all the things you could use for a beach trip. We enjoyed it very much!!!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Juan. Mariano was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. The home was clean, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could need. My husband and I traveled with our 22 month year old daughter and it was the perfect setup for us. Mariano provided a pack and play, high chair, stroller, baby/toddler pool floats, beach toys, wagon/umbrella/gear/cooler for the beach, etc. It was so nice to not have to travel with those items and we were very impressed with the quality of everything provided. The real highlight for us was the wonderful private patio & pool - it was a perfect size for us to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location is ideal - 1 block to the beach, a few blocks to tons of restaurants, a 15 min drive to Old San Juan or the Airport, and a 45 min drive to El Yunque. This Airbnb far exceeded my expecations - book it ASAP.

Heather’s place is perfection. We explored the whole island and agreed—there’s nowhere else we would have rather stayed. Comfortable bed, dreamy hammock, perfect location. We used the beach gear and outdoor shower every day and walked to Black Flamingo coffee with the neighbor dogs each morning. I’d live here if I could! Alfonso was also incredibly kind and helpful with food and beach recs. Light sleeper note: Pack an eye mask and earplugs for the early-morning rooster roll call—it’s a thing across the island and not specific to this place.

Alexis was a great host. Very clear instructions, many helpful suggestions for food and activities and very responsive. The golf cart was super convenient too. I would definitely rent from them again.

I recommend it. It has everything related to car rentals, also a bakery and restaurants, very good place.

Great place to stay for my first time spending the night at Vieques. Clean, peaceful and friendly hosts. They even offered 1/2 off for my night because of the construction going on early morning. Would stay here again.

For a night it was just fine. Beach is near by easy to get around.

This property was beautiful! Looked just like the description. Upon arrival, the apartment was spotless and there were no issues with checking-in. There are a few restaurants that are in walking distance, but otherwise, you need a rental. I would absolutely stay here again! The locals are so friendly and welcoming. great stay the location is amazing 50ft from a beach. very nice one bedroom apartment clean , comfortable bed, nice bathroom, even had beach chairs there to use. I would recommend unrelated to the apartment get a golf kart rental asap. and related to the apartment if you are not an early riser bring ear plugs the roosters go off at sunrise.( but this does seem to be everywhere in PR, I now know this)

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Definitely recommend and will book again.

When we first arrived, the set up and the view. Absolutely stunning. There are also blue lights for the night that was a great mood setter. Really love colored LED lights and was pleasantly surprised with this feature. AC works very well and the TV had plenty options. We went down to the beach and rented the jetskis that was slightly to the left of the beach access gate for the building. Bugs were not an issue at all. Amazing experience here and would definitely come back. The hostess is also very kind and gave clear instructions for everything and i felt very safe here. Security in front is always on duty.

I had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely amazing with a stunning view that made each morning feel special. It was clean, and stocked with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive, kind, and made check-in and communication effortless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!
