Beautiful location to explore the Colonial & Historical cobblestone streets of OSJ. Supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars close by. Just a few steps from some of the oldest structures in PR and America like El Convento, San Juan Baptiste Cathedral & La Capilla de Cristo. Close to other Forts, Museums & more. We are about a 20 minute drive from the airport and closest beach is either a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

The spacious (18’ ceilings) open space apartment has a ground level private entrance, a dressing room, full bath and full kitchen. The living/sleeping area opens out to a covered terrace that overlooks Casa Blanca’s16th century gardens. Privacy and shade is assured by the tall leafy trees in the garden. Ceiling fans and air conditioning provide the comfort you’ll need. The front doors open to the Plaza de Hostos, a very pleasant urban space that makes the area purely residential.

Old San Juan with Parking, 1 Bedr Apt 1

Our very basic vacation rental in beautiful Old San Juan was built 200 years ago across the street from what used to be the city's gunpowder deposit. It was built 20 feet away from the street for security reasons. Nowadays this space provides a very much needed parking and a green area. We are in the residential part of the Old City and within walking distance to every point of interest.
