Our one bedroom suite is super comfortable. Great bed and linens. Full kitchen and full bath. The living room is fully equipped with sofabed, WiFi and fireplace. We can also offer a SECOND queen bedroom for those needing space for six. (Details below) Our location is close to great beaches, shopping and UVIC is right across the street. Downtown is a fifteen minute drive and UVIC offers bus service everywhere. Cadboro Bay is a wonderful neighborhood, one of Victoria’s finest. It is terrific.

We are dog friendly (cats are no longer welcome), but please keep them off the furniture. I provide blankets to cover the furniture if this is a challenge. Ask for a dog bed if needed. no pets allowed on the furniture. The suite is not child proof & may pose a risk We have a dog that barks at strangers; she is kept separate from guests

Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.
