Apartment vacation rentals in Victoria

We had a nice stay of three weeks at this Airbnb. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Victoria as well as close to stunning hiking trails. The place was very clean. We liked that it had a large TV in the living room and another one in the master bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for taking the chill off of the downstairs area in the morning, the only time we felt we needed to use it. The master bedroom was spacious with lots of closet space and drawers. We used the second bedroom as an office, and liked that there was enough space for two people to work. The upstairs bathroom featured a huge walk-in shower that was a real treat. We also enjoyed meeting the owner and his friendly dog, Biscuit, who live next door. We thought this airbnb was very reasonably priced and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Ryan’s place was great! Felt like staying in a tiny home. Everything was laid out nicely and was functional. He graciously offered us to hang out in the property and it was very beautiful. He was also responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend! However it would not be a good space to stay if you have mobility problems (accessing the loft area). For us it worked out great!

Great place, very convenient to walk everywhere, super clean, very bright with big windows, and so many thoughtful touches…..fresh ground coffee and loose leaf teas, bath salts. I really enjoyed my stay and Tom accommodated me extending my stay. Highly recommend!

Angela's place was lovely! We were over for a wedding from Ireland and it was such a cosy and cute spot to stay. I got to meet Angela and her daughter who were so nice! I couldn't recommend this place to stay more, it was so easy to walk to places/uber and was nice and quiet. The apartment looks exactly as described, low ceiling for tall people but luckily I'm 5'3 and it didn't cause me any issues. Angela was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking and stay and I really want to visit again because I loved it there!

Liane's home is lovely. Clean and tidy with anything needed. Liane is friendly and understanding.

We had a love stay at Rebecca’s. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We really loved the location and all the little cafés within walking distance. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved staying in the Heritage manor. It was great to see that the character of the property has been maintained. A great location near to Cook St village & an easy walk to downtown & the waterfront. Great to have coffee & tea & cooking supplies provided.

The suite was beautiful, everything you need. The pillows on the bed were awesome! The location was excellent as we could walk! Highly recommend!

The apartment was great! It was very clean and very comfortable. We only stayed a few days, but are plenty of appliances that could be used had our stay been longer. It’s a great little spot! We would definitely recommend this property!!!

Great location near the UVIC campus. We walked almost everywhere! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - full kitchen with nice appliances and all the accessories, living room with fireplace and tv, two comfortable queen beds, super clean bathroom, and a laundry room too. Host was quick to reply and gave nice clear instructions. Thanks Benjamin!

Steve's place was actually nicer than it looked like in the photos. There were many really nice perks: (a) lots of space to hang clothes and other clothes storage, (b) beautiful plush towels and face cloths; (c) lots of coffee pods, sugar and other stuff to get you started the morning after a later arrival; (d) the entire apartment was thoroughly clean; (e) lots of light with two balconies. At least for us, there were fresh flowers in 3 rooms. Nice touch! Steve was very responsive when we were trying to get in. The location: a very safe and fun area of downtown Victoria. Many restaurants on nearby Yates.

This place was great! The location is amazing, there's tons of fun restaurants, bars, shops, breweries, etc, all within easy walking distance. The space looks exactly like the photos, it was clean, bright, comfortable, and the heritage building was very unusual and cool. I just left my car in the parkade for the whole trip so I could bike around, and really appreciated having access to the bike room for safe storage. The only thing to note is the ladder up to the bedroom is fairly steep and once you're up there the ceiling height is low, so the place would not be a great fit if you have balance/mobility issues, and also probably not if you're very tall. The bed is also only accessed from one side, so you'd have to do some crawling-over if you're a couple. BUT as a solo traveller who is happy to climb ladders, the place was perfect for me, was very comfortable, and I'd gladly book it again.

Nicola’s place was the perfect respite over a busy weekend - tranquil, private, cozy and cool. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. Location was also convenient, just steps from amenities and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay, Nicola!

We loved the peaceful nature of the space and how nestled it was in the beautiful coastal rainforests of Vancouver Island. We were attending an international training program online and the wifi was strong throughout. We loved the ease of access to the many local parks and trails. Kristen was always responsive in a timely way and a pleasure to have as a host. The furniture and amenities were in great shape, they even had a great Vitamix blender!

We enjoyed our stay at Anita's unique and lovely home. The highlight was sitting on the back balcony with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and watching the activity on the Gorge waterway. Another cool feature - it is a ground-floor apartment and has a terrace garden in front that is a lovely oasis to sit and enjoy a book. The whole place was spaceous and comfortable and had a large well-equipped kitchen. Anita provided clear instructions for access and was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay at Anita's home again.

Very comfortable spot convenient to walk to restaurants and pathways and also quick to the highway. Entrance and stairwell not super inviting but once inside the unit, it is great. Remember to bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower, as well as a blow dryer if you use one. Extremely quiet and private. I was solo for eleven days and it suited me perfectly.

The photos of this place undersell how nice this guest suite is. Everything we could have wanted in an AirBnB was there. We loved eating breakfast in the garden and getting warmed near the cute little gas fireplace at night. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. And our only regret re our hosts was that we’d have liked to see them more.

We had such a lovely stay at Dal’s place! The king sized bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The shower had great water pressure, which is always a plus, and the whole suite was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The outdoor seating area was a definite highlight. We spent time enjoying the sunshine while watching deer graze nearby, with a charming peek-a-boo view of the ocean in the distance — so peaceful and serene. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to the Saturday market and local shops, yet far enough away that it still feels quiet and private. We felt extremely safe the entire time, which made it all the more relaxing. Dal was also a good host, offering helpful local recommendations that we really appreciated. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean, and great location to Royal Roads University. Would stay again. Responsive host, fast WiFi, and great size kitchen.

Deanna is a great host very accommodating and responsive. This is our second time staying at her place. Location is perfect to watch our son racing who was participating in Shawnigan regatta. Looking forward to stay here again next year!

The place was very well maintained and stocked up on necessities. Jordan was quite active and responsive in answering a questions we had. The neighborhood is very peaceful and well connected with the city. We had a great time and definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway.
