Sunny Attic Apartment with Stunning Coastline and City Views

Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

The accommodation is located about : 500 m from the railway station ( circumvesuviana ), 150 m from the bus stop, 100 m from the minimarket and bar-tobacchi-edicola , 20 m from the restaurant/pizzeria. Cleanliness is important to us and we want our guests to find a clean and tidy home with fresh and fragrant linen.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building recently renovated from which it is possible to overlook the Gulf of Naples or admire the hilly part of the city. The floor can only be reached via a narrow spiral staircase The apartment, very bright, is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped.

La Palombara is located in Vico Equense about 1 km from the center and it is the home of a typical family of the Sorrento coast where a lot of hospitality and cordiality dominate. The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. Selina was a great host to me and my friend. She replied quickly and allowed us to check in early so that we could drop our bags off, which made it so much easier for us to get out and explore the surrounding area. The BnB was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the balcony has a great sunset view! It’s also a short walk to the train station, which makes it easy to travel to the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to Vico we’ll be staying here again.

We were very warmly welcomed by Anna Maria and her children. Despite our late arrival, they were kind enough to pick up dinner for us, which touched us enormously. When we arrived, the fridge already contained the essentials, accompanied by a nice basket of fruit and pastries for breakfast. Thanks to this, we hardly needed to shop during the four days of our stay. Maria took the time to advise us on places to visit in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is very comfortable, perfectly tidy, clean and well organized. We had a great time, and I would 100% recommend this Airbnb at Anna Maria's

Seaview terrace apt Vico Equense

The photos do not do this apartment justice. deck is much larger than it appears in the photos.. On the first day we asked for extra comfortable chairs for the deck and Christina brought some over the very next morning The location was easy to find. The bathrooms were great and the bedrooms were a great size with large closet to unpack fully for the week we stayed. The mattresses were very firm but surprisingly comfortable, we have Casper hybrids at home so we were surprised at how well we slept. The pillows were unbelievable and I hope I can find the same for home. The kitchen had everything we needed, we enjoyed cooking a few meals there. The town was very walkable. The views were incredible, awnings & shuttered doors on the very large balcony helped keep the sun off the deck. I loved being able to wash our clothing in the washer. We had a private dinner prepared by Christina which is so worth it. Highlight of the stay. Christina was AMAZING, PIERLUIGI IS LUCKY TO HAVE HER MANAGE.
