Honestly, it's wonderful - one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Highly recommended. Juan and Sofia are super friendly and excellent hosts. The building has very good amenities.

I rented Ivan's apartment for my parents who came to visit and were really happy. So much so that my mom told me several times "please leave an excellent review"😂. The apartment was spotless. Besides being very nice, it is very functional and fully equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, the area is quiet and there are places to eat, drink tea and walk. Ivan's willingness was total. We will definitely choose it again when my parents return.

The apartment is wonderful!! Excellent location, nice area, safe with a train and buses nearby. It is very well equipped with EVERYTHING you need in the smallest details, from the kitchen, which is complete, to the saumerios, in case you like it. I loved it! It has a nice terrace with a garden. Just like the photos and the ad. The bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly. There is very good water pressure in the shower which helps the good experience. Daniela was very friendly, cleared up our doubts and helped us with recommendations. He left us a gift when we arrived that we loved. I also thought it was great that there was salt, sugar, coffee, oil, and paper napkins available.

I stayed 1 month and a half at the accommodation and I couldn't have felt more comfortable! The space was spacious, airy and I had amenities/utensils at my disposal. The internet did not fluctuate at any time and once a week, there is a person who ensures the cleaning of the rooms and common spaces. The interaction with neighbors and roomies was very peaceful, discreet and respectful. Clau was always close and attentive, from before the reservation when I was asking questions, during my stay and at checkout. It was my first experience in Buenos Aires and how lucky I was to have been in Saavedra, especially in this accommodation. I highly recommend it! P.S. Apartment in a privileged and safe area. Nearby park, river, jogging or biking trails, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with a receptionist day and night, a security key to enter the building and to take the elevator or enter common areas. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the listing, the desk is appreciated for those of us who work remotely. Despite being 1 room, it is spacious and private. Host Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous manner. A very good experience to recommend.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Belgrano. Walking distance to the subway, bustops, and intracity trains. Amazing restaurants to try around the block including middle eastern, peruvian, argentinian, brazilian, and italian cuisines. Easy to find and very secure. Pool is amazing during summer months and the grocery store accross the street is very helpful for anything one may need. Would recommend.

Without a doubt, this Airbnb goes to my priority list for the future, it has everything, a good kitchen, a good balcony, the two air conditioners work well, the bathroom is very good, the space is comfortable for two, the gym, 24/7 security, the area and best of all, communication with Angelina and Beto.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Very safe neighborhood. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Diego communicated quickly and he was waiting for us upon arrival and at the time of check out. The apartment has a high floor so you get to enjoy the views of the area including the river. It was the perfect location to be near local friends and family. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we come back to BA. Gracias Diego!
