I had a great stay. Carlos was very kind from the beginning with my reservation, then during check-in and check-out. The location is excellent, although I knew the area and looked particularly there, it is an area with easy access, with several buses and the station three to two blocks away.

We stayed with my daughter for only 1 night but everything seemed excellent. Silvina is super friendly and nice. Thank you, we'll be back another time.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with a large, sunny balcony in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. The balcony is my favorite part of the apartment - it’s sunny from sunrise til about 330pm. After that, the sun goes behind the building (so the balcony is shaded) but the apartment remains bright. Bed is very comfortable and there’s a lot of storage space. Washer is very convenient. There’s an AC in both the bedroom and living room, convenient for the summer. Neighborhood is safe and quiet, just a block away from a large supermarket and is about 15mins walking to Ave Cabildo the large shopping street in Belgrano. Hosts were flexible with their checkin. Definitely recommend.

We were surprised by the beautiful panoramic view, from the Rio de la Plata to the Quinta de Olivos, The apartment is super bright, comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to river walks and restaurants. Best of all, meeting a host like Sebastián, we'll be back soon!

The stay was impeccable, the place is nicer than what you see in the photos. It's very comfortable and very quiet. You can walk out with many options nearby, and having parking is a huge plus. Maria welcomed us very warmly and was flexible with our schedules. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet. We went to almost all the destinations on foot. Highly recommended

Excellent host always available, the building is beautiful, has everything and conveniently located. The depto is a monoenvironment that overlooks the street, half noisy but without a doubt the price for everything that includes is correct!

We loved staying with Maca in her family home. The great thing about this place is that it is an actual house where someone normally lives (including her lovely cat which occasionally visits), which makes it much nicer than a 'professionally' hosted AirBnB. The house is very bright and open, the kitchen is great, and the decor is amazing. The neighborhood is a true family neighborhood, so don't go there for partying, but to chill out.

I thank Silvina, on the day of check-in, we had agreed to check in for 9:00 pm, but for some complications we arrived around 10:30 pm, they were very patient and waited for us, always with the best good wave, the house is great to spend a few days disconnected from everything, the pool 10, in the check-out they let us leave a few hours after the indicated, I recommend 100%

Beautiful home on the most picturesque street of Buenos Aires. Well connected to public transportation. The hosts incredibly kind and warm.

Hernán contacted me very quickly, as did Carolina. They made us feel accompanied all the time and were always very attentive to what we needed. The photos reflect the reality of the property. There were no surprises. It was super clean and with new appliances. We were greeted by Carolina and her daughter. We will definitely rent again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I stayed 1 month and a half at the accommodation and I couldn't have felt more comfortable! The space was spacious, airy and I had amenities/utensils at my disposal. The internet did not fluctuate at any time and once a week, there is a person who ensures the cleaning of the rooms and common spaces. The interaction with neighbors and roomies was very peaceful, discreet and respectful. Clau was always close and attentive, from before the reservation when I was asking questions, during my stay and at checkout. It was my first experience in Buenos Aires and how lucky I was to have been in Saavedra, especially in this accommodation. I highly recommend it! P.S. I am delighted with Saavedra, what a nice neighborhood!

The truth is that it is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, easy to get around with public transport, Jorge the truth that always very predisposed. When we arrived, I explain everything to us. The room and the place is very nice.

Tomas was super friendly from the start. He always answered our messages quickly, welcomed us to the accommodation, was always available and is super friendly.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires. Easy access by car and also relatively close to subway station. The place is beautiful, well equipped and as seen in pictures. The building’s pool, garden and cafe are great and very convenient. Ale is a great host, highly responsive and also very accommodating. He managed to secure a parking space for us which made a big difference to our stay and was well worth the price. Great experience overall. We’ll hopefully return soon
