Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Vic-la-Gardiole

Great stay at Marie-Noëlle's. Super well located apartment to do everything on foot in Sète, well suited for a family. Very good communication and warm welcome. Flexible check-in and checkout which is a real plus. The terrace is really very pleasant. Just be careful 4 floors with no elevator but it's done very well!

I stayed at Pascal's for 1 week at the end of May 2025. The accommodation is ideally located near the train station and a 10-minute walk from the city center. In addition, it offers the possibility of quickly accessing the various bus lines of the city of Sète. The accommodation is well furnished, nothing is missing. Pascal even thought of beach towels and provides beach accessories in the patio at the back of the accommodation. In the entrance, we have access to a lot of flyers and info about Sète: city map, activities, nearby services. Pascal is very friendly, communication was smooth, I did not miss any information. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely vacation in Nîmes at Laurence’s beautiful apartment. The sunny terrace above the rooftops with great views was the highlight of the accommodation. Laurence was very friendly and came to see us when we arrived. Great location with museums, shops, restaurants and parks all around.

The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. Everything is as advertised. 2 large beds so perfect for 2x2 people. 2 steps from the city center, the docks, restaurants and the great Halle. The only black point is the almost obligation to park at the Halle car park (€18.90/day). Only once did I manage to park on the street at night. I would 100% recommend this listing.

Incredibly friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough to help and make you feel at home straight away. The property is set in beautiful gardens near the owners home. The swimming pool is fantastic. The accommodation itself has everything you could need and is spotlessly clean. Re-imagining of original features makes for a one off cosy experience. Would definitely recommend. Easy walk into Nimes if you are fit and able, otherwise plenty of parking.

Excellent welcome from the owners, with information on the sites of Sète and especially the route to walk to the city center. The rental is spacious, clean, as described and is located in a very green and peaceful area of Mont Saint Clair overlooking the sea. We would recommend it without a problem.

Great stay with family. Very well located across the street from the beach. Enclosed garden ideal for children. The house is very nice and Hélène is adorable. at its best.

Looking for a peaceful place, with friendly hosts and a touch of humor? While remaining discreet but very friendly? This is Corinne and Didier's place. We had a great stay, in this little barrel that is more than enough since all around we had 11 hectares, a swimming pool, a petanque court with balls, but also the visit of the two dogs from time to time (lovely) and sometimes the very nice and well trained horses. We left with a 4-month-old baby and although the surface is limited it was great, Corinne had installed a travel crib. And the bedding… top-notch. We love to change places to travel but if one day we look for tranquility to settle down, this is where we will come back. Thanks again to Corinne and the faucet manager 😉 for hosting us. Beautiful apartment in a nice wooded setting with the golf course right next door, as described with comfortable beds which is important to us.

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette area. Small terrace very nice despite the view of the shopping street and I appreciated the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the reservation is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

The apartment was great! A good size in a peaceful neighbourhood. Really easy to get into Montpellier, and beautiful park spaces nearby, too. Remi was a really accommodating host, too. Thank you for a great stay.

Friendly and super available hosts Very clean and well-equipped accommodation ideally located: the beach is right in front of the residence, the public transport stop is 2 minutes away I would definitely stay again.

Ideal 4-person stay. The apartment is located in a quiet residence. The parking space is a real plus, especially with paid parking at La Grande Motte. Access to the beach is direct and secure. No road crossing: ideal with children. Communication was clear and prompt. The apartment is well equipped and the children even had creative activities available. Perfect. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks again!
